As I was updating info on products, I came across some info that was missing, size of a product, and another for what was included. I reached out on the assistant chat feature and a live agent explained to me that they could find the information I was looking for and that I should contact them anytime I had any questions about a product. Thank You Cyril for all your help! I had another question about a product, and Chris was able to get me that information quickly. Thank you Chris.

Issue with integrating app to shopify, I am certain its shopify causing this issue however Zendrop cannot assists to fix this issue as they are saying its shopify who is at fault, but shopify is blaming Zendrop, wasted over 8hr dealing with this issue and still not resolved

Zendrop is easy to use and has much better customer service than other drop shippers I've worked with. It's also much easier to manipulate the products.

Great Platform, Customer service is great when you have issues. Shipping times is good and hopefully becomes faster like amazon speed! then they would be unbeatable. Hopefully they provide more competitive prices than other fulfilment platforms so they stay desirable for business owners. Thanks Team! Appreciate the work!

My journey with Zendrop, filled with anticipation for a business boost, morphed into a narrative speckled with delays and financial drains: - Delivery Delays: A staggering 95% of my customer orders arrived at least two weeks late, shaking the foundations of customer trust and satisfaction I had worked hard to build. - Financial Loss: The delay epidemic resulted in a domino effect of refunds, culminating in a $2800 loss in one week, a significant hit to my operational budget. - Customer Support: The mantra "it's out of our control" became a recurring theme in communications with Zendrop's support team, echoing over 100 times without offering solid solutions or assurances. - Operational Inefficiencies: These issues bring to light critical questions about what Zendrop genuinely controls if quality, delivery times, and process management seem beyond their grasp. Great products, big portfolio. Occasionally issues with out-of-stocks or linking to updated product variants. But it is well worth investing resources working with Zendrop
