I rarely put reviews for anyone unless they did an exceptional job. Zendrop is one of them as they are super reliable and able to provide live 24/7 support.

Had an issue with a return/refund/reshipping of an order. I first spoke to a "bot" and within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning I was contacted by a live representative who guided me through the entire process by simply providing them shipping information. I look forward to doing more business with this company. Thank you Karrie (customer service rep).

If i could make 0 l would, the app is terrible, you are writing that it ships to many countries in fact i added some produczs to my store and tested if it sends to my location or not, and it did not, i tried Germany, i tried USA and i tried Georgia, non of them is working so if you are not sending in the main countris of the world than what the point lf the app? Thanks that did not bought premium, i am not recommending this app if you want to start droppshiping

Zendrop! What can I say. The website is reasonably simple to use and navigate. Customization can be tricky unless you go through all the training videos. HOWEVER the customer service via chat is one of the best i have experienced. I recently opened a Shopify store and had the need to contact Zendrop 3 times. Every single time the customer service representatives were patient and understanding and most importantly resolved my issues quickly. I never waited more than a minute to get redirected from the BOT to the Live person. I highly recommend Zendrop for its products and its amazing customer service. Thank You.

I've been using Zendrop for my online store for a few months now, and it's been really helpful. It works really well with my Shopify store, making everything easier for me. What I really like about Zendrop is how helpful their team is. Whenever I had a question or a problem, they were always there to help me out. I can really recommend Zendrop for any Dropshipping business
