Really great customer service. Helped with basically everything i had problems with. BUT MAAYYBE LOWER THE PREMIUM PRICE!!!

Zendrop's customer support is instant and friendly. They were incredibly helpful with helping me handle an issue and their fulfillment service has always been superb. Shoutout to Ian, Nyka, and Kelley from the support team for their help! Totally recommend Zendrop.

I had issues with a product that arrived to a customer, a jumpsuit that was not the one in the photo. After contacting Zendrop and explaining the problem, they promptly resolved it without any issues. They asked for some details, I processed the refund for the customer, and they also refunded me. Additionally, they asked if I wanted them to send the correct product to the customer due to the mistake. In the end, I chose to proceed with the refund, and I'm very grateful and happy. The customer kept the wrong product and received the refund. Thank you very much Zendrop, and special thanks to Karrie, who assisted me wonderfully.

I would like to thank the people at Zendrop for providing a platform that offers us with live support, training, tools, and other helpful resources that help us increase our chances of success. I've still yet to prepare my store and start running traffic to it, but I just wanted to say thanks in advance. As for you other entrepreneurs out there, may you find the success and freedom you're looking to achieve. Dream, have a plan, and look at what has to be done now, and you'll naturally find the finish line. God bless.

So far Zendrop has been great! I needed help with a logging in issue and after speaking to a staff member once the AI Bot did its part, I was able to get the help I needed very quickly!! Super fast customer service!!

I was having an issue with my subscription payment and Karrie came through and got it squared away in less than a minute, she made sure she understood what was needed, didn't run through a bunch of scripts, straight to the point so I could get back to running my business.
