Varun once again was a savior and followed up with the errors from my shop regarding my Aftership tracking link. He was prompt and efficient verifying that it was set up properly. Aftership order tracking is definitely a keeper for the long run. Thank you!

Good overall. There is however PTT Turkey that they can't seem to track although it's on their list. I've had a talk with customer service 3-4 times about this. They're generally attentive but in this case, all I get is a few exchanges and then complete silence. So, the reported bug never gets solved. On other occasions, customer service was good. Still, Aftership is the only option that we've found to properly track all carriers involved in international shipments.

I just set up this app on my store, but I found the support team very professional and helpful, they are always there to help when you have a setting issue. I recommend it strongly.

Niveau gestion du SAV cette application va vous sauver la vie. Plus besoin de stresser pour répondre à des clients qui nous bombardent de mail à longueur de journée. ça nous donne du temps pour travailler sur notre business. A must have.

TRASH TRASH TRASH BE WARNED! So complex app. Miss leading support pages and caused so many bugs before and after I tried to use on 2 different stores

AVOID - This doesn't work with AliExpress and support is useless. Standard AliExpress shipping was synced correctly but AfterShip still wouldn't show any details. Contacted support on 'live' chat and they asked a random question every 30mins until they gave up and blamed the courier. Terrible, terrible experience. Don't waste your time.

I am using Aftership for half year already. Very good app Great customer service. So far works perfect for my store.

I have been with aftership more than 3 years and aftership shipping notifications to my customers helped to avoid issues and extra work for customer service. It lowered unsuccessful delivery rates.

I am still exploring this app, there were a little hiccup in my own initial setup as but the support team has been great and very responsive to my questions and had helped me along the way. Special thanks to Pawan who had gone a step further to understand my issue and had helped me resolved it. So far I like this app and it is helpful to help customer track their order status.

This app is amazing and helps customers track their orders effortlessly. I also had to contact customer service and they were so helpful and patient.
