Just subscribed to the Essentials plan (which already feels overpriced), but I needed it for DAO updates. Now they're asking for an extra €60 just for the carrier masking feature — which is essential for dropshippers who want to hide shipments from China. On top of that, the support is really poor. Overall, super expensive compared to other providers like ParcelPanel.

Our subscription costs and features are publicly available on our website, which also mentions that the Carrier Masking feature is available on our Pro and above Plans, along with a host of other advanced features as per the plan you decide to opt for. In regard to the comment of "poor support", our support team did share the correct information you had asked for concerning the plans and corresponding features. While we understand that not all plans fit the requirements of all businesses, our goal is to offer solutions that fit the requirements of as many businesses as possible at a competitive price point. Karen did a great job of quickly diagnosing my support issue with a couple of questions and a recommended resolution. I appreciate the prompt response and quick solution to my issue.
Aditya is their customer service rep is unwillingly to help us resolve an issue even though supporting and clear information has been provided. We have been charged for 3 years and they are REFUSING to cancel the account.

Aditya und ihre Kollegen sind wirklich sehr bemüht, alle Fragen rund um AfterShip zu beantworten. Das Programm ist sehr umfangreich aber einfach zu verstehen. Man muss zwar etwas Zeit investieren, damit alles vernünftig eingestellt ist... aber dann hat man ein mächtiges Tool für Tracking, E-Mail Benachrichtung und mehr an der Hand!
Sadhan was very helpful in assisting me in setting up Aftership emails for customers. We just moved over from BigCommerce, and on that platform, I have used Aftership for about 10 years - highly recommended!

These are a bunch of indian scamming people! Install 17 track, DO NOT INSTALL THIS SHIT APP. They will trick you into upgrading to premium plan of $250 and then at the time of uninstalling will bring up that $11 plan will work perfectly for you. They are bunch of scammers Stay away!

This app told me I could integrate with Klaviyo in an Essential plan. But I must upgrade to Pro (+$100) to work with this function. I think it's tricky. And with $119, I have many other options to work with that are better than this.

Impossible to cancel billing as they make you go through loops to contact people in different departments and because it’s setup separate to Shopify on purpose you will be stuck to it forever.

Very helpful and quick to respond. My concern has been resolved in a timely manner.
Do not support first mile + last mile trackings numbers on different carriers. If the tracking number is updated or change country no tracking number is available. Tracking history go back to start. Have you ever shipped inside Europe or from China to Europe with changing tracking numbers or changing tracking systems ? Plus horrible AI support

I want to inform you that we do support first-mile and last-mile carriers. You only need to enable Shipment Tracking settings to fetch Multi-leg shipments and we will fetch the details from the last mile carrier as well. You will not need to import the new tracking number when last-mile tracking is enabled. Also if you want to change anything with tracking and shipment details a new tracking number will be created in AfterShip. This app is extremely helpful in keeping our business organized and to keep clients up to date on their order progress. We would strongly recommend this app for all businesses with logistical needs.
