I want to give a HUGE shout out to Rocy from Zopi. Had it not been for this kind and very patient representative, my first order would still be sitting in a digital limbo. As a new store owner, I had some questions and concerns and Rocy made sure to explain every single detail and process in detail with screenshots and everything, ensuring that I understood it all. We did a few walk throughs and I was good to go. Thanks Zopi for having very professional and knowledgeable customer service reps!

Please thank Clara, She was so kind and so very helpful. She took her time and told me in detail what to do and made sure that I did it correctly. Very helpful and available for any question. I was a little stuck on one point , due to my rush, but Ross came to the rescue and helped me out and even gave me more and pertinent advice for my next steps. Very encouraging to go ahead, when not clear about your heading.
