FYI Asking the Bot about canceling and refunds. I got canned answer on how to cancel. But the Cancel feature is not usable until closer to the end of term. I get "Cancel plan failed Downgrade or cancel only at the end of the cycle: . Contact support for help."

After reviewing your case carefully, I completely understand your concerns — especially around the lack of live support, the confusion around cancellation, and the issues you experienced with product availability. Regarding the out-of-stock issue: I want to clarify that this was related to your shipping method settings on Shopify, not directly caused by Zopi. Our app synced product info as expected, but Shopify’s setup restricted shipping zones or rates, causing products to appear unavailable. I absolutely agree that this should’ve been caught earlier, and I’m sorry our chatbot wasn’t able to provide clarity. Please note: the bot is designed to answer app-specific questions only and currently can’t diagnose Shopify-specific issues — but this is a gap we’re actively working on improving. Regarding your subscription and refund: You're right — your subscription was billed annually, and per our policy, annual plans can only be downgraded or canceled at the end of the billing cycle. However, as an exception in your case because you haven't use any quota yet, I’ve gone ahead and approved a full refund of your payment, which is now being processed. The refund should reflect on your original payment method within the next 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We truly regret that your first impression of Zopi was not a positive one. Our goal is always to deliver value, save our users time, and support them — not cause additional stress. I’m genuinely sorry that we fell short here. Zopi is overcharging yet providing any useful features. So I'm using this app for the past 1 year and its finally time I'm getting rid from it. It often fulfills the orders automatically through its own expensive suppliers and the tracking is just crap. Not even track a single item. It says merchant limit reached, although I've not seen eve a single tracking information.

Zopi is built to automate key dropshipping tasks — including product importing, fulfillment, smart pricing, AI content, and tracking — to save your time and effort. If there are specific features you found lacking or pricing concerns you’d like to highlight, we’re more than happy to listen and improve. "It fulfills orders automatically through its own expensive suppliers." Actually, what you're referring to sounds like our Smart Supplier feature — designed to help sellers like you save time and maximize profit. When enabled, Smart Supplier automatically selects the best available supplier based on: - Faster shipping time - Higher reliability - Better profit margins (based on product + shipping cost) That said, it’s 100% optional. You can always select your own preferred supplier. To clarify, our internal review shows that only 5 out of your 850+ recent orders were fulfilled via Smart Supplier — and none of those resulted in complaints or refund requests. But if there are specific orders you’d like us to review, we’re more than happy to help! "The tracking is just crap. Not even track a single item. It says merchant limit reached." We totally understand how important tracking is for your business. Regarding the “Merchant limitations reached” error — this message appears because your current Basic plan ($19.9/month) includes 15 monthly tracking quotas. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that all 15 quotas were used in July, which is why no further tracking updates were processed. This limit resets monthly. To avoid this issue, you may consider a higher-tier plan or contacting our support team. We will offer the solution that works best for you. Application fiable. Personne à l'écoute (Merci Ross). Aide pour passer une commande alors que je ne trouvais de fournisseur de remplacement. Aide pour trouver des produits chez des fournisseurs (ex. Aliexpress). Je ne souhaite plus utiliser que votre application. Donc, je recherche les produits qui me tienne à coeur dans ma boutique sur votre application. Encore merci.

Fantastic Experience with Zopi! Zopi was incredibly easy to install and made dropshipping products to my store simple and hassle-free. The online help chat is super user-friendly, and I had a great experience with Daisy, who assisted me—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me with everything I needed. I loaded 40 to 50 products that were suggested as good sellers and so I went to it adding my products. I found out that I needed to contact each company about their return policies so I started removing products as there would be no way for me to contact all these suppliers that Zopi had said were safe to use. So I uninstalled the app 1 day after I had installed in and then four days later I was charged a full month's charge for the app. I am still trying to reach the Zopi Support for help with a refund!
