Fantastic Experience with Zopi! Zopi was incredibly easy to install and made dropshipping products to my store simple and hassle-free. The online help chat is super user-friendly, and I had a great experience with Daisy, who assisted me—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me with everything I needed. Excellent service all around. I would definitely recommend Zopi to anyone looking to start or streamline their dropshipping business!

I'm really enjoying it so far! Setting up my shop and editing products has been easy and quick, which is exactly what I was looking for. The platform is user-friendly and efficient. On top of that, the customer service is amazing—super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

I loaded 40 to 50 products that were suggested as good sellers and so I went to it adding my products. I found out that I needed to contact each company about their return policies so I started removing products as there would be no way for me to contact all these suppliers that Zopi had said were safe to use. So I uninstalled the app 1 day after I had installed in and then four days later I was charged a full month's charge for the app. I am still trying to reach the Zopi Support for help with a refund!

I recently had my first order fulfilled through the Zopi Fulfillment Service. As someone unfamiliar with the process, I truly appreciated the guidance and support from Ross and the rest of the team. So every online product in existence, has a bug every now and then. I should know, i'm a CTO for a living. So sure, every now and then theres an issue - and i'll be honest, most of the time its been a user error (my fault), but even when its an issue my end the customer support cannot do enough. Always very responsive, and always happy to help, and always remedy the issue quickly--which is so important for an online e-commerce business. Would recommend again and again! Most recently had the pleasure of working with Ross from the CS team, and as previously mentioned, could not do more to satisfy my needs and issues at hand.

I've been using the app for 6 months now and it's been a total game changer. I would highly recommend it to anyone dropshipping on tiktok using aliexpress - a range of plans make it scalable and the use of AI features is also great. There's been a few issues but the chat team have been so quick to sort out any issues and have happily done so.

The app has potential, but there are several issues. The German translation is often poor and confusing, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the error messages are vague and unhelpful. Another downside is that the settings keep resetting themselves, which is very frustrating. I hope for improvements!

Everything perfect, except when it's time to pay for orders. It's like a nightmare... One time your card gets declined, next time AliExpress glitches and you need to duplicate orders, shows one price in zopi, when you have to pay it's more and etc. Overall everything perfect, i'm really impressed by how the whole program is easy to use!

SCAMMERS WAS ON FREE TRIAL, UNINSTALLED ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATER AS DIDNT LIKE THE APP AND WAS CHARGED £19.99 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

Im really satisfied with Zopi, they have a really big soritment and variations when it comes to products and their customer service is exccellent, you can contact them 24/7 and they will alwys help you and solve the problem or the question, i got help today from a staff called "Ross", she helped me fast with my problem, she has really good communication and makes sure that i get all the help that i need.
