I recently had my first order fulfilled through the Zopi Fulfillment Service. As someone unfamiliar with the process, I truly appreciated the guidance and support from Ross and the rest of the team. Thanks to their help, everything went smoothly—no issues at all! A big thank you to Ross for being so helpful! Working with the Zopi team and using their app has simplified my business operations. So every online product in existence, has a bug every now and then. I should know, i'm a CTO for a living. So sure, every now and then theres an issue - and i'll be honest, most of the time its been a user error (my fault), but even when its an issue my end the customer support cannot do enough. Always very responsive, and always happy to help, and always remedy the issue quickly--which is so important for an online e-commerce business. Would recommend again and again! Most recently had the pleasure of working with Ross from the CS team, and as previously mentioned, could not do more to satisfy my needs and issues at hand.

I've been using the app for 6 months now and it's been a total game changer. I would highly recommend it to anyone dropshipping on tiktok using aliexpress - a range of plans make it scalable and the use of AI features is also great. There's been a few issues but the chat team have been so quick to sort out any issues and have happily done so.

The app has potential, but there are several issues. The German translation is often poor and confusing, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the error messages are vague and unhelpful. Another downside is that the settings keep resetting themselves, which is very frustrating. I hope for improvements!

Everything perfect, except when it's time to pay for orders. It's like a nightmare... One time your card gets declined, next time AliExpress glitches and you need to duplicate orders, shows one price in zopi, when you have to pay it's more and etc. Overall everything perfect, i'm really impressed by how the whole program is easy to use!

User interface is very friendly and I have had good experience getting assistance from Zopi support when Needed. Ross was very helpful and patient with me, as this is my first time using Zopi. Thank you Ross!
