Der Service ist gut, auch wenn Sie manchmal keine Antwort auf Dinge haben, die im Hintergrund passieren. Wie z.B. dass ich als Verkäufer die Versandemails von Hermes/DHL für die Zustellung beim Kunden erhalte (als ob ich selber das Produkt bestellt hätte und es auf dem Weg zu mir ist). Das nervt und spamt mein ganzes Postfach zu.

Ross was very helpful. I am new to using Zopi and having an online store so I sometimes need some help to complete orders and make sure there's nothing else I need to do. Ross helped a lot!

Zopi Dropshipping has been fantastic The platform is easy to use, the product quality is excellent and the customer support is amazing always quick and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to streamline their dropshipping business

Everytime I speak to a representative they are so very helpful but Vivian was exceptional. I appreciate her support she was very professional and patient with my requests. She is a superstar!

Just started this recently and so far so good. I had an issue(user error) with shipping my first time and Azalea helped me to get everything straightened out. Now I will be running smoothly!

I had never tried Zopi App for dropshipping. I loved their customer services, their knowledge and client understanding while explaining clearly. Two people I met are : ROCY and Alice. Fantastic Experience !
