Olá, venho por este meio parabenizar a genial ideia, que os desenvolvedores tiveram de criar a estrutura da ZOPI dentro da shopfy, pois isso facilita muito todo o processo ainda mais para quem está montando uma loja e esta ferramenta na minha opnião foi a mais ideal entre todas que eu já vi, por que além de disponibilizar tudo a um clique já contém informações e detalhes muito importantes que agilizam o processo na hora de fazer pesquisa de preços, precificações, integrações, conexões com fornecedores e produtos e o melhor de tudo, está tudo dentro da própria plataforma da Shopfy e não tem a necessidade de ficar saindo da página a todo o momento para fazer pesquisas aleatórias das principais características que citei acima. Continuem com esse excelente trabalho e sinceramente, o que vocês acrescentarem daqui para frente na plataforma vai ser apenas para facilitar ainda mais a nossa vida na hora de fazer Dropshipping por que no mais para mim é a melhor e mais completa ferramenta. E sem contar o apoio ao cliente que é sem palavras, perfeito, ágil e muito preciso na resolução dos problemas, meus parabéns a toda equipe e em especial a Senhora Lana que me auxiliou muito bem em algumas duvidas que tive no dia de hoje através do suporte.

Amazing app with swift responses and exceptional support! Ross and Vivian helped me set up my new supplier through the app, and thanks to them, I earned my first dropshipping order. They also guided me with fulfillment, making the whole process seamless. I'm currently on the free plan but plan to upgrade soon. beaucoup trop cher, je pensais que mon client recevrait la commande et je me rend compte que rien n'a fonctionné. Je dois payer 70$ pour un truc de 6$ ça n'a aucun sens. En plus vous voulez que je change pour un forfait plus grand pour seulement une vente de 6$

Zopi est une application conçue pour vous aider à passer des commandes en synchronisant automatiquement les informations de votre commande afin de faciliter l'exécution des commandes en quelques clics simples. Le processus n'est pas entièrement automatique et Zopi n'expédiera pas la commande sans votre action et confirmation. Der Service ist gut, auch wenn Sie manchmal keine Antwort auf Dinge haben, die im Hintergrund passieren. Wie z.B. dass ich als Verkäufer die Versandemails von Hermes/DHL für die Zustellung beim Kunden erhalte (als ob ich selber das Produkt bestellt hätte und es auf dem Weg zu mir ist). Das nervt und spamt mein ganzes Postfach zu.

While listing products to my store, I encountered product status as "sold out" when clearly there were a large inventory of the product. I worked for hours trying different settings and researching different sites to figure out how to correct this error. Finally, I decided to contact ZOPI via chat not expecting much help. To my surprise and delight, a representative responded and assisted me perfectly. I am new at dropshipping and basically a layman with the terms needed to explain my issue. Alice not only understood my dilemma, but assisted me and resolved my issue in less than an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable made the experience exciting. All my concerns and would have taken less time to resolve if I was more familiar with the platform. I truly recommend ZOPI for newbies such as me and advance users.
