While listing products to my store, I encountered product status as "sold out" when clearly there were a large inventory of the product. I worked for hours trying different settings and researching different sites to figure out how to correct this error. Finally, I decided to contact ZOPI via chat not expecting much help. To my surprise and delight, a representative responded and assisted me perfectly. I am new at dropshipping and basically a layman with the terms needed to explain my issue. Alice not only understood my dilemma, but assisted me and resolved my issue in less than an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable made the experience exciting. All my concerns and would have taken less time to resolve if I was more familiar with the platform. I truly recommend ZOPI for newbies such as me and advance users. Thank you for hiring knowledgeable and friendly people to represent your company. Alice is an asset to your continued success for the future .

Ross from support was super helpful. All of my questions were swiftly answered and my issues were taken care of. Out of all of the drop shipping apps for Shopify, I highly recommend this one. Not only is it way easier to use, but the support you receive is by far the best.

The app is great! The chat feature is a bit unsteady. The text moves around a bit and I'm unable to unpin it from the window and move it around to get better navigation. I also would like for the ordering process, from order to fulfillment to be more automatic, with the least human intervention required. We have other things to do than having to submit orders, multiple times throughout the day. This feature would help with that a lot. Otherwise, so far, so good.

La atención al cliente es top, la app es buena, pero lo mejor es el soporte. Funciona genial para importar y sincronizar productos, pero además, me ha facilitado mucho la tarea al buscar productos directamente desde la app.

So where do i start ....... Started off on the free plan as new to it all. first 3 products i listed were perfectly fine, shipped to the UK etc. Then suddenly it changed to US with no other dropdown option for anywhere else. Spent a good 1-2hours friday with someone. They went through it all & nothing could be found. I screenshot & sent to her as It wouldn't allow me to change any delivery. she said to keep as it is US but it will get delivered to the UK. I said what about the delivery charges & timescale which won't change. She suggest I upgrade my plan ... shock ... Eventually she said she'd pass it onto the development team to look at. So few days later i asked the question on the chat function. The lady has no idea about my problem as it's apparently not even been logged !! I was advised by shopify experts on a forum to avoid & this is why .....

Rocy, the support agent, is fantastic. I asked questions via chat, and she responded quickly and patiently until I understood everything. Having such a support system is very reassuring. The app is also easy to use, and if this level of support comes at this price, I think it's a great deal.
