I would certainly recommend this app to others, even though I had an issue with my very first TikTok shop order processing . But thanks to Pauline, I got it all worked out. She was awesome! Stuck with me through all of the headache on my end and worked super hard to get the issue resolved. I appreciated her help very much!
It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value. Centralizing seemed like a game changer but I guess ill need to keep looking Update: the company reached out to take action on my feedback and implemented some changes to filters so you could look at both sources at the same time. Really impressed by the responsiveness

So far so good. I hope to grow with Zopi. Time will tell. I will say this, I just had a couple of encounters with customer service because I am new at Zopi and Shopify and my experience with both of them was pleasant. My problems were solved I had no issue with their customer service skills. Jennie, the second representative, was incredible and very knowledgeable. If I run into a problem and then find myself in need of assistance with Zopi...I hope I run into Jennie again. ( :-) for Jennie)
Vivian was a stellar professional support agent. A breath of fresh air and her encouragement and helpfulness alllowed me to feel my anxiety slip away. She is a huge asset to the Zopi team.
I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for the exemplary service provided by the support team representatives- Mr.Leo of your company. Throughout my interactions with him, I have consistently experienced professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to resolving my inquiries.
Their system has serious problems. When checking out to pay for Aliexpress orders we are called to pay much more that the estimated cost in their product center. I was trying for hours to sort this out and get a reasonable reply for this problem and their support had no clue. And they will no even refund our subscription. P.S. After talking with support supervisor they admited that they are geared towards USA market and their defaults are fro USA therefore their automations are of no use to other countries.

wirklich toller und schneller support. Man wartet keine 5 min um direkt mit einem direkten kontakt zu erhalten wenn man dringend Hilfe benötigt. es wird so lange das problem mit dir durchgearbeitet und nach Lösungen gesucht bis es geklappt hat. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und kann die app auch nur empfehlen. ist auch wirklich einfach alles einzustellen.
