I would certainly recommend this app to others, even though I had an issue with my very first TikTok shop order processing . But thanks to Pauline, I got it all worked out. She was awesome! Stuck with me through all of the headache on my end and worked super hard to get the issue resolved. I appreciated her help very much!

It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value. Centralizing seemed like a game changer but I guess ill need to keep looking Update: the company reached out to take action on my feedback and implemented some changes to filters so you could look at both sources at the same time. Really impressed by the responsiveness

Jennie helped me solve my ordering issue. I was very grateful for the help provided over many hours of trouble shooting. I am was fortunate to get the customer support by Minn, she was very helpful and resolved my issue immediately and was very polite and humble while helping me out with my issue. It was a pleasure that Zopi - AliExpress Dropshipping has such associates working for customer support.

Their system has serious problems. When checking out to pay for Aliexpress orders we are called to pay much more that the estimated cost in their product center. I was trying for hours to sort this out and get a reasonable reply for this problem and their support had no clue. And they will no even refund our subscription. P.S. After talking with support supervisor they admited that they are geared towards USA market and their defaults are fro USA therefore their automations are of no use to other countries.
