wirklich toller und schneller support. Man wartet keine 5 min um direkt mit einem direkten kontakt zu erhalten wenn man dringend Hilfe benötigt. es wird so lange das problem mit dir durchgearbeitet und nach Lösungen gesucht bis es geklappt hat. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und kann die app auch nur empfehlen. ist auch wirklich einfach alles einzustellen.

Fue un placer haber trabajado con Ross del equipo de Zopi, la verdad que se mantuvo atenta, laboriosa, disciplinada y sobre todo con deseos de que se le diera solución al problema de mi tienda. Creo que su equipo cuenta con un magnífico trabajador, el cual lo acaba de demostrar hoy, y además del cual estoy eternamente agradecido. It is a real support, let's say super-support. Rosa, one of the members of support team, did not leave us until the problem was completely solved. I want to thank her and the whole Zopi team. Great app! highly recommended.

I worked with Jeannie today and she was amazing! She helped me with a difficult order and without her assistance it would not have been completed. A very wonderful experience. She was patient, thorough and understanding. I hope to work with her again if I ever experience a technical issue. She's great!

I had a problem with delivery settings and synchronization. I'm still a newbie dropshipper and Ciara helped me a lot in solving my problem. I think this is a good app and an excellent support.

Can not set up shipping. The customer receieving mistakes during check out
