because i canceling my yearly subscription the have my subscrition reduce and abd i have been limited to use this app, i paid for one year and i have one more month ´, but because i have canceling my subscription my accout hase been limited, before canceling my yearly subscrition i can import 250 items and after canceling i can not import the same number of items it hase been limited to 100 or 110. as an advice nobody should use and paid for this scam app. it should be -5 star

When you cancel the Zopi plan, your current subscriptions and quotas will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account will be reverted to the free plan. This app is terrible. What they don't tell you is that it doesn't work without the chrome extension, then you have to match the store email to the extension login for it to work. Then you have to wait countless hours for support which feels like a bot. In good faith, I bought the first month at 19.99 and within 15 minutes it wasn't going to function. I was then asked to wait 12 hours, then 24 hours and now it just doesn't work cause Ali Express had made changes. This has been a disaster and the worst part is support pointed to a url and told me I can't have a refund cause they don't do that. I think it's borderline criminal behavior and I will alert Shopify to these questionable terms.

Hallo, ich hatte ein paar kleine Probleme mit den Einstellungen bei Zopi, also habe ich den Support kontaktiert via live Chat schaltet sich der Supporter (Rocy) hinzu und half mir wirklich spitze durch alle meiner Probleme er half mir gute Produkte zu finden und erklärte mir ganz in ruhe wie ich welche Einstellungen machen kann damit der Shop so Effizent wie möglich läuft. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit ihm und zögere nicht ein 2tes mal ihn zu kontaktieren. Die app an sich ist gut gestaltet und man kann mit etwas hilfe vom support wirklich viel einstellen. Grüße Hejfisch
