App does what it needs to, works great, the development team were helpful in implementing it into my theme.

Installed the app. Went to enable it and is showed all our retail price listings to the public as WHOLESALE prices. Imagine all our customers getting products at wholesale prices. Complained to support, They were helpful but did not solve problems. Wanted a refund for the huge cost in lost revenue, They said no, so we uninstalled the app and it crashed our site . Froze the Check out cart and paralized sales for 6 hours. What a joke. You guys should not be selling this rubbish. You have cost us thousands in lost revenue.

I've double-checked the conversation you had with one of our agents and it seems like she has shown you the cause of the issue already. Our dev said that the actual issue was caused by the theme, not our app. We have removed our app code from your site yesterday and also helped you fix the issue with the theme. I needed a solution for my e-commerce shop to launch our wholesale program and this app did everything I needed and more. It was a serious game changer that allowed us to grow our wholesale business quickly and profitably. It has even given us solutions for other customer segments as we have grown. The app works well, and the developers behind it are even better. They have great communication and top-notch support. They are quick and timely with their responses and do everything they can to make sure I feel taken care of as their customer. I look forward to working with them in the future.

The app works great to separate our B2B from our B2C customers. The B2B account approval process and pricing tiers have helped us integrate our B2B site into our B2C site so we no longer need to maintain 2 separate sites. Support was very quick and helpful in getting this app integrated properly.

Downloaded the app then uninstalled it when i realized normal customers cant see the prices, but the login option will not go away and has effected my store tremendously!!!!

Absolutely amazing app, exactly what I needed to create a wholesale account without affecting retail customers. The support from the developers was so quick and easy, they were fast and understood exactly what was required.

This app work great for both the custom registration form and the price list per customer tag. We needed a little help with styling the registration form anf support was very quick and friendly.

Jena and the BSS team were amazing! I encountered a handful of snags and speed bumps, and they displayed patience, provided informative assistance, and promptly addressed and fixed every problem I had on the site. They even got on the backend of my site and corrected problems instead of just sending me to a help blog like most app do.. I initially considered a free wholesale app, but their prompt and solution-driven service became the decisive factor for me. I am choosing to stick with them because I trust that they will be there to help resolve any problem that may arise in the future.
