I am very impressed with this app. I was looking for a simple B2B solution that offers net terms to my customers AND discounts for select customers/groups. There are other apps out there, and I tested 2 others before settling on this one. Combing this app with the Net Terms app is a perfect solution. This app easily lets you set up discounts. You can show the original price, or not. And plenty of settings to get it looking just how you want it. Emma and the tech team were very responsive and helpful. I am a happy camper!

Bss Commerce's customer service representative Emma provided quick and very helpful service. They integrated their system into our Shopfy theme really quickly and there are no bugs. I am really happy with the service they provided. I would recommend their services to others!

The customer service rep I worked with was very accommodating, I appreciated the background they provided about the app and their efforts to follow up and follow through.
Hi team, This is Jonas - Customer Support Lead from BSS Commerce. On behalf of the team, we are so sorry for the bad experience that you faced with our app so far. First of all, as a 3rd-party app provider, it's pretty difficult for us to be compatible with other 3rd-party apps since we might have different logic and mechanism. We might be able to make it work with them only if they agree with the collaboration and customization on their end as well. Really sorry for this but it's quite a common issue with many Shopify 3rd-party apps. If you can give us another chance, we can for sure make some more efforts to check further. Also, due to the different timezone, we were not able to respond at the time you contacted us but the team has always tried to reach back or deal with your issue within 24 hours. Sometimes, we did send a few follow-ups to make sure the app is alright on your end but got no responses. Regarding the pricing issue, we have to balance between all resources we put to the app and our pricing plan. So sorry if you feel that way but you can for sure keep us informed on that and we can together come up with a workaround for your case. Overall, we don't want any bad experience happen to you as such so hopefully we will have another chance to help you utilize our app for your business and improve your experience. Service has been amazing and I have achieved exactly what I wanted however the cost is quite high. I would also note you may need to subscribe to 2 apps to get the desired outcome. I would recommend this as a BSB app it does seem to be within the same costs as others so based on service alone I can’t fault the fast response

Just started using. Gave four stars instead of five stars because we've only been using unless than 2 weeks. However, we would not be able to process our orders without B2B. Will try to give updated review as we get more familiar with this app.

I've been using the BSS Wholesale App on Shopify and my experience has been very positive. The app functions as it should, delivering reliable performance and seamless integration with my store. The standout feature is the excellent support team. They resolved a Theme integration issue swiftly and maintained great communication throughout. i have been working in the shopify platform for a few years now, never have i come across customer support like this from an app developer, Emma is fast, efficient and knowledgeable and this seems to radiate through the whole team. The wholesale solutions app just works, i think people will know how important an app "just working" in shopify really is. we run a complex wholesale format and this covers it. i rate this highly.

We are using a relatively old theme and were struggling to implement some modules on our own. Via chat, we consistently received fast assistance, and the developers offered to look into the issues and the app implementation themselves. This approach worked wonderfully and the app now runs flawlessly within our old theme. We are extremely satisfied, truly excellent support!

It works great as a B2B tool. It is essentially like Shopify Plus but way cheaper. The support is very responsive but you do have to negotiate the time zone difference as they are in Vietnam. They even edited my theme.liquid so the discount pricing from B2B worked on another price per unit app I have installed. So helpful!

Ridiculously expensive
