Wij zijn nog maar net begonnen als B2B shop, hebben de support van de app al een aantal keren moeten raadplegen, maar telkens heel snel antwoord. Wij zijn heel tevreden van de customer support en van de app.

We decided to use the B2B/Wholesale Solution App for our Shopify store to meet our client's specific requirements. Our client needed the ability to sell to B2B customers with different pricing and exclude VAT charges for them. This app fulfilled all the necessary criteria our client was seeking. Additionally, for the registration form, our client wanted B2B users to provide a valid EU VAT number along with other mandatory fields. Thanks to this app, we were able to effectively utilize the same Shopify store for both B2C and B2B customers. However, we did encounter some issues during the setup process, which led us to reach out to the app's support team. We were pleasantly surprised by their exceptional responsiveness and prompt assistance. The support provided by this app's team was truly fantastic.

We used this app in combination with their B2B Portal/Net Terms app, to create a vendor portal store. The app is simple to use and it worked great! Some features we had to get custom-made and coded by the BSS team due to our specific use case. These customizations would only take a few days and the team outlined the entire build process before starting. The customer service is AMAZING, their team is extremely helpful and attentive to whatever issue you are experiencing and it gave us confidence in using their solutions. I would recommend this app and the B2B Portal/Net Terms app.

Amazing customer service and app! We had a few issues with integration due to the pre-existing customizations to our theme, but the BSS Team was so responsive and helpful in ensuring everything worked properly. Was difficult first setting up but that may be due to the fact we have around 1300 products to manage. I can imagine it being a lot easier with a smaller store. The customer service from Emma is excellent and she always has rapid replies even with the time zone difference (7 hours). There were a few features which needed tweaking for them to work such as the Autotag feature but it was quickly resolved and works okay now thanks to the Tech guy. Helpful advice and easy steps to follow. One thing to improve on would be when editing the rules you have to edit them one by one or you can upload a spreadsheet but it means replacing the current rules and they won't come into play unless the new rules have higher priority so I would suggest when starting to put all rules on 99 (Lowest priority). There should be some way to edit your rules in bulk. Also, if your CSV file is wrong, the app will only tell you one error at a time which means uploading the CSV files countless times until all errors are resolved instead of the app telling you all errors at once. The price is slightly high but the app does come with a lot of different helpful features on the advanced plan. Highly recommend if you're looking to create different prices for different customers without setting up a whole new website!

Great functionality for what we need, easy to use and plenty of additional features which are very useful such as custom pricelists, discounts etc. Customer support is also brilliant and always someone on hand to assist with any queries.

We encountered some problems after installation, and the technicians helped us solve them responsibly. The customer service is also very patient to answer my questions, and will give timely feedback to the questions. I have searched several B2B apps, and I am quite satisfied with the functions of this app, and the direct online communication really improves the efficiency

Tried to partner with this app because it looked ideal and had good reviews. Being in Australia, we were directed to an office in Vietnam. Had a rushed demo and then we sent an email with one single question. A "ticket" was sent to us but had no content. Followed up a few times seeking an answer or more info. No replies to the emails. Eventually sent one saying will you assist, or should I give up? No response. Very disappointed.

Aplicación 100% fiable y segura cumple con las necesidades y mas, al instalar la APP se tuvieron algunos errores y no funcionaba bien, lo que entiendo ya que cada tema o personalización es diferente. Pero gracias a la atención brindada por Jolie Nguyen quien hizo un magnifico trabajo revisando los problemas y transmitiendo mis necesidades al técnico Le Trung Dong y Nguyen Van Huan quien sin duda supo solucionar todos los inconvenientes y supo programar y plasmar mis necesidades. Sin duda la aplicación es buena, pero no seria tan buena si no contara con un soporte técnico tan bueno. Recomendado 100%

Bonne application qui offre pas mal de services. Quelques amélioration dans la configuration des règles sur les commandes (order limit surtout) nous aideraient beaucoup mais après un premier échange avec le support, très très réactif et efficace, je n'hésiterai pas à leur faire remonter nos besoins. Je recommande !
