Joy and her team went above and beyond to help us get several apps installed and offered to help with a lot of the backend stuff that I wasn't familiar with. So far the app does exactly what I need it to and if I ever have any issues I know they will be there to guide me. I highly recommend them!

Great application. Very handy that they have a "Manual Order" feature so that my customer support team can easily insert manual order with custom prices for every customer.

The app has a lot of functionality in one place, which I really appreciate. It's the only app I found that has a custom pricing function that fits my needs as a wholesaler. And the auto customer tagging is very convenient as well. I also use the Wholesale Registration form. It has been a bit buggy at times, but for the price for the whole package is very good comparative to other apps. That leads me to the reason I would give this app 5 stars...The customer service is the best I've received using Shopify apps. June Nguyen and dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van have gone above and beyond to respond quickly to my problems and even develop custom solutions to help meet all my needs. Where the app lacks in function, their service makes up for. And I haven't come across a problem yet they haven't helped me fix in the end.

I am loving this app and there are still so many features that I haven't even enabled yet. I tried another wholesale app before this and I'm glad I made the switch because this app gave me exactly what I was looking for. I had some issues with my form and the customer service was exceptional! I definitely recommend!

We look forward to customer service getting back to us so we can resolve the issue of being billed for months with no true usage because of setup issues and nothing but run-around, back-and-forth emails. I have even written them Whats App with no resolution. They tell me to use their knowledge base while on their most expensive plan, estimated to spend $1200.00 a year. We have been paying for months with no resolution. This company's customer service has not impressed us thus far, even if the tech is present.
So sorry for the bad experience you had with our team. However, this might be a misunderstanding. We have been exchanging emails regarding your old site "siesta-g-wholesale.myshopify.com". You have already uninstalled the app from January and left a message that "Other; Honestly, I am not sure we need this much UK info." On the new site, we only got your very first ticket request yesterday and we were actually out of office. The app is still activated on your site so hope that we can have a chance to help you setup the app and improve your experience. Again, really sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

After doing extensive research for a B2B wholesale solution for our Shopify store, I landed with this company. I am thrilled with the service that we received while on the trial, it was one of the many deciding factors to move forward with the app. I reached out for assistance with the customization of the registration form to match our theme. Emma C. was prompt to assist with our inquiry, and along with her technician Nguyen Tien Hau, they were able to execute the request timely and exactly to the specifications mentioned. She also provided images of both mobile and desktop to make sure the edits were correct, before closing the ticket! Visually it is everything I wanted. The app is really easy to use, and there is a lot of supporting documentation. I hope that if I need any additional support in the future I get to work with Emma again!

At the first stage, we started using only three applications (B2B/Wholesale Customer Portal, B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price, B2B Portal/ Net Terms), which allow us to completely solve the problem of creating a portal for wholesale customers. Very rich set of tools :) Intuitive rules setting, the same for all tools. Well, a special thank you to the technical support :) Emma and Dao Van Phu, after 7 years of working with Shopify apps, we can say that you are the best!!! Fast, specific and as attentive as possible to the needs of the client. Thank you very much.

Great app, with even greater customer service. Jena and Dong Le Trung helped us create custom Registration forms for our store. They had no issues with any of the prototype design we sent over, and they designed the form exactly how we wanted with proper functionality as well. Their communication was quick and I highly recommend their services.
