Amazing support, had a complicated issue that took a lot of digging to resolve. At first I thought I'd have to work with the issue being present but Diego from Zapiet gave me an awesome service and found a solution. Exceeded my expectations. Would 100% recommend!

Support is really good actually. Angelo helped me figure out some configuration issues to only include select products for instore pickup. We sell super heavy items like Pottery Kilns and always ship freight, this helped us remove those from instore pickup. This app is the best, so much better than the native basic instore pickup feature in Shopify. You have way more control over things and the support from Zapiet was killer. They helped me get it dialed in fast and even fixed a few things to improve the customer experience that they noticed like instead of "shipping" it said "instore pickup" etc. That stuff was broken from another app I installed and they not only noticed it but updated it for us. Good peeps, great app.

We only use a small subset of the functionality of this app - the ability for customers to select a delivery date for their orders - but it works very well for us. The most important things is the quality of the customer support. Their team (notably Kitty) have gone above and beyond for us multiple times to help with customised solutions to problems specific to our business.

We've been working with Zapiet since a few years already, there are been a few issues here and there, as it often happen with some app as Shopify keeps evolving as well, and you can then tell which are the ones you want to keep : Zapiet is one of them. They are always very reactive if there's any issue, we never felt like they didn't care and they deliver. Their app is always up to date and amazingly useful for us as we offer bike courier service and deliveries, and deal with different delivery times with different products. We recently issued a specific request about a new Shopify feature that we wanted to work with and wasn't yet working with their app : done ! In short, an efficient app with a real team that keep the engines clean and oiled, and a wonderful and reactive customer service.

Jelizaveta, was absolutely amazing!. She went above and beyond with the support she provided! Not only did she figure out that the issues I was having weren't related to the Zapiet App but also she help me install it in another Theme in minutes. Plus she was also able to provide additional solutions to other unrelated issues. Very knowledgeable and professional with a "Yes, Can Do" attittude. She had two Zapiet Apps working smoothly in another Theme and did all this in minutes! Unlike my Theme Developer who is yet to reply. Excellent Service!. THANK YOU

Getting some of this setup was a little tricky, but support was A++. This is a fantastic local delivery integration. Stephanie is a real expert on all the settings.

Horrible company and customer service had no knowledge of app being install to our site found out after 10 days later, with not access or me providing additional information for app to function. Contacted customer support and let them know we had no knowledge of app being installed and removed it with no use after discovering app was installed to our account and still was charged. very unprofessional and scam

However, we understand that each situation is different, and we are always willing to go the extra mile to support our merchants. Unfortunately, in this case, you had the app installed back in January and only uninstalled in June, so using the app for over 6 months. Their customer service is 10/10! Had an issue setting up shipping and delivery profiles, and Jessica was more than helpful in resolving my issue and fixing a few other things.

Jeanette has been an extremely responsive and effective in terms of her support. 5 stars!! Managing Apps on Shopify is not always the easiest of tasks, we have been using Zapiet for years now, it is intuitive, logically laid out and has an awesome support team that is very responsive, whenever any questions arise or settings need tweaking which is inevitable they are there night or day. Highly recommended.
