Jessica with Zapiet is one of the best support agents/experiences I've ever had. We have a lot of apps that we use with Shopify and every time I need help I email and immediately get a response and she even makes updates for me which is super helpful when we're moving quickly and time is limited. The solution is super flexible and has worked perfectly for our complex shipping and delivery needs. I HIGHLY recommend using this app.

Betty was very helpful, I had run into an issue with items not being listed as available for in store pickup before but couldn't remember how to fix it. They helped me out quickly and did a thorough check of my site going above and beyond to streamline something else that wasn't even my main concern. Thanks!

I really appreciate the customer service with this app. There were some hiccups in getting the app installed, and the Zapiet team was very responsive and helpful in getting everything working smoothly.

Zapiet is great, and Herman is an amazing person who was able to respond to my needs as well as implement a solution in a matter of minutes. I love working with Zapiet, and encourage the use by any store doing local delivery with Shopify.
