A difficult company to work with and not very accommodating when it comes to issues with the app not being used.
Hi Mike, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review on the app store. Our refund policy regarding app charges aligns with that of Shopify, that being that app charges are non refundable. However, we understand that each situation is different and we are always willing to go the extra mile to support our merchants. Unfortunately in this case you had the app installed many months past your use date that seen us unable to issue a refund or a credit. I understand that you are a seasonal store and I have reached out to you personally to understand if there is anything more we can do to support you. Kind Regards, Sam

Really great app for my business needs. I was stuck trying to correctly configure my shipping rates and needed to ask for assistance from the team. I was prepared to wait a long time for a response, but Claudia got back to me so quickly and resolved my issue straight away! Really great customer service and support! Thank you!

We absolutely love using the Zapiet app for our store as it allows us to include pickup and delivery options for our customers! The app is very easy to use and when we've had any questions or need assistance - their support team is INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend this app to anyone needing a delivery date picker widget. The product is fantastic and the support goes above and beyond to ensure you are set up correctly. The ongoing support this give is also amazing. Go give it a go, you will be satisfied with the app.

From other similiar apps we were having bugs with, Zapiet saved our store and were really easy to get ahold of the english speaking customer agents who helped so fast and you can reenter the chat whenever if another question arrises. I am located in Colorado so I wasnt sure that this UK app would be the best choice. So far, its exactly what we wanted after torubleshooting so many other ones

Everything we could ask for! We're a florist and needed a calender for pick up and delivery and this app does EVERYTHING it says it does! After installing the app, Veno was super helpful in setting it up properly and assisting with all my (sometimes very vague) questions. He was patient and incredibly useful. This app is well worth every cent and integrates perfectly!

We used Zapiet to offer Local Delivery and Store Pickup for Online Balloon business. They help us to set it up and great service afterwards. The app works great.
