UPDATE: Ismail from support reached out and was able to resolve all our issues. The app is now working properly. They also explained the delay which we understand. So far the app is working perfectly. They've even assisted with adjusting the color of the time slots to match our theme. Previous: Support appears to be incredibly slow to respond. We installed this application Monday morning. Our theme (Focal) was not listed, and because the automated installation did not work for our theme no widget was being displayed at the cart page. We reached out Monday afternoon (as per the docs manual installation was not recommended). Hours later, when we still hadn't heard from anyone several hours later, we proceeded with the manual installation and at least got the widget to show on the cart page. However, no rates are currently available for customers (even though they have been configured in the apps rate section and shopify is configured to use the apps rates), and when checking out, even if a user chooses the "pickup" option, they are still taken through the "shipping" stage (then presented with no rates) and cannot checkout. Per the docs, it appears maybe the version of the widget given in the manual instructions is old? Or maybe it's another issue. We don't know. But,hHaving STILL not heard back from support as of 10a this Tuesday morning (our support ticket is also still not assigned to anyone, and is still in the "Being Processed" status), we're getting incredibly frustrated. We're planning to offer pickup for a popup venue this coming weekend (Sat), and we need to be able to do this starting today. We're going on ~16 hours since our initial request and we still haven't heard back from support. We've just been trying to figure it out on our own and we're now at the point where we NEED support, unfortunately. We're giving 2 starts for the app itself, which seems well built with tons of good options, but we're finding the app support so far to be incredibly lacking.

This app is great, does what it says it will do enabling pickup times, delivery times, hourly slots, varying products with different preparation time. I want to specifically point out Ronan has been very helpful and deliberate in resolving the issues when there were incompatible app issues that caused scripts to appear. He went to the bottom of things to fix until it got solved. Thank you, highly recommended.

Hello I had some issues with the support for the delay in solving an issue with there app , but finally, they were in contact with me again and solved the problem .actually it is a good app and you have to make sure that you understand all the features well since with support sometimes it might take longer than usual to get an answer but overall I recommend this app

This app has enabled us to create popup locations for the safe selling of fresh chicken during the pandemic. We did encounter a problem with the app after an update. I reached out to Zapiet and they corrected the problem almost immediately. There quick response enables me to continue boasting of a 99.9% uptime. I would recommend all shopify users to look into this app that is easy to integrate and provides instant human support.

I've used this app since March, and despite initially offering really useful functionality, we have experienced blips along the way. Most were usually resolved fairly quickly by the support team. However, the past two weeks have been a complete disaster. Our entire store was down for four days last week, after Zapiet decided to try to complete an update which stopped everything from working. We are given no prior warning of disruption, and after slaving away to get our Christmas store functioning, were left with little more than a feeble apology and no time frame of when the issues would be resolved. Things seemed to have sorted themselves out over the weekend (save a few niggles) until this morning, I find once more the app does not seem to working again, and is completely preventing customers from checking out. Support team are slow to respond, I tried calling their "24 hour support" and received no answer. I'm absolutely furious. This app is genuinely costing us thousands of pounds worth of sales, and I fear we're rapidly loosing customers who can't be bothered with the constant 'technical hitches' when they try to place an order. I'm now forced into looking into competitors' apps and reconfiguring our entire store- at the worst time of year when we really cannot afford the time nor the disruption to our store. Disappointed, frustrated and so so angry.

I'm paying from 1 year 49 $ per month for this app, the app is very unstable and the customere care is very slowly ! From one month every day is a new problem, i opened many tickets and every answer it was an escalation with a "senior"...i'm so frustrated

Over the past couple of weeks we have made some major upgrades to our infrastructure which will bring bring a vastly improved experience for you and your customers in the long term. We had to do this update before Black Friday/Cyber Monday so everyone could have a less stressful holiday period. Unfortunately, the updates had a few knock on issues that we’ve tried to fix as fast possible. We are just in the process of ironing out the last of these issues. Our support team also experienced an extremely busy week last week which did result in our response times rising above the norm, we have now cleared the backlog of tickets and the response times are returning to normal. This app has proven to be a life and timesaver. It offer tremendous flex-ability and allows for setting up delivery times (or pickutimes) dates and prices as exactly as it needs to be. Customer service has been very helpfull and responsive. It offers very precise setup of schedules and possibilities, Highly recommend if you need more from your shipping app!

The Zapiet team have been wonderful helping me create what are quite business and product specific solutions for my floral design business. Ronan has been especially amazing.. give this man a raise! I appreciate knowing they are always there to help in a timely manner and continue to follow up until the matter is resolved. I would highly recommend, would have been lost without their help.

We began using this app to set up store pickups when we re-opened after the lockdown. We had fantastic help setting it up. Since setting up the app, we have adapted and made changes on a number of occasions. Each and every time I have reached out, I have received quick and helpful service. i feel like I have been helped by every member of the Zapiet team at this point and each one of them has been professional and my queries and issues always fixed really quickly. Great App & an even greater customer service team!

Great app that is perfect for offering store pickup, local delivery and/or shipping. Very easy to setup, and amazingly great support if you get stuck/something doesn't work. Has a great amount of features which are constantly being added too. Would highly recommend.

Hey folks, Unfortunately we lose access to your store as soon as you uninstall the app, so we can’t automatically remove our code. Having said that, I would be happy to help remove our code.
