writing and asking for about an hour simple questions just wanted to know if the app can help me with the issues i have on my store....no support no answers they are active they write things that are not related to waht im asking....im happy i didnt start paying cause there is not support here at all!!

Your first message was fully responded to within the first 13 minutes. When your case needed to be escalated, this was done so within 20 minutes. My team then continued to reach out to you over a 48-hour period to check if this had resolved your issue or if you needed any other assistance, to which we did not hear anything back until you uninstalled the app. We are more than happy to assist you and I know Zapiet Pickup + Delivery is the most feature rich solution in the marketplace. Jessica with tech support was absolutely excellent. We're a flower shop in the San Antonio area, and have been using the app for a long time. Jessica understood my issue and got answers for me right away. She event went above and beyond when she noticed some things that could use updating on my page with their system to make it work even better. I appreciated that so much! This app is sensational! Honestly people I am a complete novice and know nothing and websites and this app has allowed me to provide shipping rates and set shipping delivery schedules across more than 7 different locations across 4 states in Australia in a matter of hours, all with different lead times, it is AMAZING! Beyond the capabilities of the app, the customer service level is seriously out of this world! I have never had someone be so patient with me, whilst I am being so stupid fumbling around, and get me looking like I am a genius! The customer service rep knows who I am talking about, she was an absolute gem. Don't waste your time people, this app is the BEST!

This app is good. It fits our needs for fulfillment rules but definitely has it s own quirks to deal with. Honestly and thankfully, their biggest asset is Jessica. She has been the most proactive, helpful, and insightful support we've had during our sit-build all the way to launch using Zapiet to handle our complicated fulfillment rules.
