I am very happy with this app. The team was really responsive and they get back to us fast. A bunch of people have helped through the app, taoday was Pavlo, and the issue was resolved within an hour.

Stephane Fattizzo did a GREAT job resolving our issue with delivery rates and was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive! Stephane was very thorough in explaining how to resolve my issue and why the approach I had intended to take would not work as expected. She also resolved a related display issue we've been having.

This app is great for pickup and deliveries for your store - we have been using it for years now and customer service is amazing! They will always help you out - specifically Allan helped with a lot of things. He is a huge help and we appreciate her a lot!

Jessica with Zapiet is one of the best support agents/experiences I've ever had. We have a lot of apps that we use with Shopify and every time I need help I email and immediately get a response and she even makes updates for me which is super helpful when we're moving quickly and time is limited. The solution is super flexible and has worked perfectly for our complex shipping and delivery needs. I HIGHLY recommend using this app.
