Great app for pick up and delivery. Perfect for the current climate. Great support given the tough times. The answers to most questions are available in the FAQ.

This app has functions that are more advanced than other delivery/pickup apps but the unreliability and unstableness of this app means I have to give it a bad score. Negative Reasons: - Variable and slow loading times across the back end including settings and delivery tabs. - Customer Support is slow to reply. - Their servers went down on the 7th of July, 2020 and the entire business model for our company got screwed with logistics and delivery. (Made checkout impossible, meaning my ads across social & search had to be shut down, lest we drive traffic with 0 conversions) - The app has variable loading times and is sometimes slow and sometimes average (no consistency) - My company drives 20-50k a day and with these errors, our sales have been vastly affected and the opportunity losses have been massive with all these errors and server downtimes. Suggestions to Zapiet Team: - Get a proper server host that won't go down and affect all your clients. - Get some more customer service people to account for international clients or don't market this app internationally if you can't support the clients you charge. - Fix your app errors and glitches before putting it on the market in such a faulty form.

App looks great on the site but doesn't actually work. When customers select in-store pickup or local delivery, they are only given shipping as an option. Have been trying for over a week to get help from support but I have received no response from the developer nor have they responded to the Shopify Expert who is trying to help me get this installed and working.

The app itself is actually very good. However, the company are clearly struggling to keep on top of the volume of new customers that they are getting, and rather than stopping selling to new customers, they are continuing to take them on. This means the app is regularly going offline for all customers and is costing stores a lot of money as the checkout completely breaks. Hi Robert, It's Andy here the Founder of Zapiet. You are 100% correct in that we have been struggling to keep on top of the sheer demand for our app. We did indeed take the decision to halt new installs until things were back under control. After some thorough investigation we have discovered that each of the three downtime periods you mentioned were caused by a single stores sheer volume of traffic. The merchant is a national supermarket chain with ties to Masterchef. When Masterchef airs each week, people start ordering on mass. That's why the downtime has been consistently the same day and time of the week. We have now migrated this particular merchant to their own server so not to effect other users of the app. Behind the scenes we have also rapidly been rewriting all key parts of the app to improve stability as well as performance. Tomorrow I will be sending an email to all existing merchants detailing the exact steps we have taken to mitigate these issues going forward. Although with COVID, they were experiencing issues as with every other internet based company, once things calmed down they have been completely hands on and have helped me in prompt time, with every response! Even when I don't respond in a timely manner, I get an follow up email:) Love this app!!

This app has been pretty great for our online store! It allows us to take orders for local pick-up. It's fairly straight-forward to use and set up. Zapiet has been very responsive in their customer service and helping to address any issues we have. I would definitely recommend this app! Thank you Zapiet and all your great employees .

So far, so good! Our customers really like it. I only wish I didn't have to migrate our shipping options over. We have somewhat complex shipping options so I simply added a Free Local Pickup option within Shopify and we're good to go. I had submitted a question about blocking out pickup times throughout the day (like when we're at lunch) and Ryan got right back to me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to block out the lunch hour quickly and easily.

This app is a critical to the success of my store. Over the past years they have added more functionality that has enabled me to remove unnecessary apps and use Zapiet as a one stop shop. They are also extremely quick to respond to technical difficulties which sometimes happen on any platform. Just today my app was having a glitch, and within 5 minutes of me sending a support ticket it was fixed and I was back up and running! Special thanks to Sandy for the fast turnaround!

This app is solving a lot of problems for us. As a brick & mortar store who does not ship, Shopify has been an imperfect fit for us for the past 3 years. It's been one workaround/hack after another. But Store Pickup + Delivery is a game changer for us. It does exactly what we need it to do. It's very easy to configure, and the developer has provided an outstanding level of support to us. Andy has gone above and beyond, even fixing issues with our store that have nothing to do with the app. Thank you!

Jessica has been incredibly helpful, efficiently resolving all the issues we've encountered with Zapiet. We've been utilizing this application for several years, and only recently discovered some inaccuracies in our delivery service settings. The live chat experience with Jessica was outstanding, significantly enhancing our overall satisfaction with the service.

I used this app to help me set up free, no-contact local delivery & at-store pickup in response to COVID-19 regulations & concerns. Had to get help modifying it so that our products had these options available but only certain products were available for shipping and to get the shipping fees applied correctly. Thank you, Shopify gurus, for making it work!

As a business owner, it is very hard for me to ever write a bad review for a company that had growing pains overnight with the pandemic. I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer experience ever. I have sent emails and left phone messages. I want you to remove ALL of the code that was entered. You finally responded after I requested that a Shopify agent contact you, "Confirmation that all our assets have been removed from your theme." But that's not true, you still have coding on my cart template page and I am not sure what all I have to remove. I cannot move forward with bringing our shop online until this is fixed. This is the fifth day that I've been working on this. Just got a canned response email from you that says, "The moment you uninstalled the app you should have received an automated email from me containing the exact steps required to remove our widget from your shopping cart page. It's as simple as removing {% include "storepickup" %} from your theme.liquid file." First of all, I never received this automated email after I uninstalled the app and secondly, this advice did nothing to help me remove your coding. Now I will have to hire a Shopify Expert to help me. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this app.

We are rapidly scaling our support team to keep up with demand resulting in us being able to respond to all of your queries within a handful of hours, far faster than expected of any Shopify developer at this time. The code that you mentioned in your review has zero impact on your store and you unfortunately removed our access to the store to be able to assist you. We would never insist that you hire a Shopify Export to solve issues on your store created by our app. If you are wondering why we can not automate the removal of our code, it’s because of technical restriction with Shopify. The method of providing an automated uninstall has a strange knock on effect of allowing customers to checkout without selecting a delivery/pickup date or time. When Shopify roll out "App Sections" later this year we will be able to automate this. I would love to help get you up and running, as i'm sure once your store is configured correctly with our app you will find it of great value. ** Update April 25th 2021** So I ended up switching from this app last year to shopify's native local delivery and store pickup function (which works fantastically I might add). I was trying to keep my app count down but Shopify threw a curveball with their multi origin shipping that in theory was great but if you have multiple locations that fulfill and the order gets split being fullfilled by two or more locations the customer gets charged double or even triple the shipping charge... talk about conversion killer. I found a very well kept secret, getting shopify to put me back to single origin shipping and boom problem solved hover you lose the native Store pickup function and technically their local delivery option as well (that didnt take). So I came back to Zapiet a year later and good lord they've improved leaps and bounds, with app functionality and the support is ridiculousy good this time around (even though they really tried to step up last year after I complained). These guys are great and I'll support them. I'll give them 10 stars later if they can pull off my new features suggestions lol. Keep it up my dudes! ** Update April 9, 2020** So it really takes a lot to impress me as a Sr. Consultant - digital transformation strategist for mid to large companies with a background in software development. Andy and his team soundly responded to my review and concerns with a viable reason as to the lack of support initially which was pretty clear given the COVID Pandemic. Im updating this review in this way so you can see that it isnt a fake review and im as thorough as I can be. They have gone above board to fix the issues I had and keep me in the loop for future upgrades and I've been dealing directly with the leadership team and development. We are still in the testing phase of the updates and so far 80% is top notch so ive updated the rating to 3 stars because the service is excellent now. Once the last fix corrected to truly test the apps competence tech wise.. i'll update again.

I had high hopes for this app. I installed it but after working with it for I came to the conclusion that it wasn't for me. I uninstalled it but the change to my checkout page is still there but not active. Dead link. I have communicated wth Zapiet and Shopify. I have responded to the necessary "collaborate" permissions. I have had absolutely no direct response from Zapiet. I cannot install any other app until their residual code is removed. How hard can that be? How hard is it to send an update? This is my first ever negative review. Hate to have to do it. Can't recommend this app

Best support ever! This app really helped us with our 40 pick up points. Needs for every eshop are different. This amazing team heard our feedback and helped us on every change that we needed. For us a great support team is worth more than an app. Here we have both. And even under the current circumstances everyone in this team was here for us, fixing every problem. Thank you guys!
