This app is useful for our business that offers customisation and offers free features beyond Shopify variant options. The customer support is prompt to respond and efficient and effective with their solutions.

The first thing I want to mention is the customer service. I have never experienced anything to that degree of customer service (which I now question my own customer service!) . Anything that has arisen they have responded quickly and efficiently. The app is very easy to use. This is not the first app that I have tried in the past with these types of features and it has been the most simplest app to date. Nothing but amazing thing about the app itself as well as the customer service.

Amazing service! I was confused on how to use this program (I am terrible at computer programming, pretty much anything that has to do with computers etc - it looks like a foreign language to me) I reached out and they quickly fixed my issues and helped me out. Hope you will add loading file option. When i was opening a personalization box for customer. I cant add a note box on there. Hope the app will be good

It basically solved all my problems for my made-to-order clothing line. Every problem I had was solved either immediately or within a few hours when they graciously did a custom code workaround for a problem I was having. Thank you ShopPad team!

Nice app with great support team . Recommendation : It would be nice to have some basic functions like default values for Checkboxes.

Used another product otions app before - swapped to this one for pricing and ease of use. A little bit long to set up at first but problems were solved really fast from their support team. Overall great experience, do recommend, looks good on product pages.

Good app and good help when called upon. Would like if there was a feature where it would adjust the stores stock when sold in bundles
