Extremely awesome customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. The most impressive quality is they respond quickly to issues and questions, I was stunned to receive an answer to my question on Thanksgiving Day, as well as a resolution to my problem. This app help me so much with my pastry shop, I can add many options (size, pick up date,...) for my cakes and it is very easy to use for my customers when they make their orders. I also add some questions to program how to print with Printer order and, and they were super helpful. They set up my templates really fast. I am so satisfied with this app!

Easy to use overall. I was able to create color swatches by watching and reading the tutorials. I had some issues with css code when I wanted to add text with hover to the color swatches. I contacted the team and Matt responded and helped me solving the problem quickly. He also recommended another app when I inquired about some other needs.

This app has been fantastic in creating custom options for texts and "upgrade" options to products, that I would not have been able to do otherwise. Customers support has been topnotch and very knowledgable.

I've worked with multiple members of the team now for some customization options we needed for our theme and they were all very quick to respond and flawlessly completed the updates we needed! This app is an AMAZING addition to our store, as we have a couple of fully customizable options with a variety of options. Being able to create custom swatches was also an amazing bonus for our products!

This was a game-changer. I sell product starter kits that are fragrances with strong personal preference. Instead of predetermined kits, they can select from a drop list of scents for each of the 4 selections. Support is also very helpful. Check kits on my product pages for application

Solved my problems! Since Shopify limits the amount of options/style combinations, I was able to use this app to open up sizing, style, and custom options for my clients. The "Add On" bundle feature helps with up-sells and matching items as well. Every time I've needed a little help from the team they have been super responsive - answering and even helping me with the coding in less than 24 hours. Well worth the subscription cost!

Incredibly easy to use and the customer service is next level. Anytime I've emailed in with questions I've heard back within the hour or even within minutes in some cases. I highly recommend this app and also, I paid the small fee in order to get their programmers to do the installation steps, definitely worth it and much cheaper than hiring an outside programmer to do it.
