Infinite Product Options

I have a custom theme (Shella) and the team were amazing at integrating the app into the theme. We had difficulty with the date picker but the team was prompt and fixed the problem as soon as possible. App is great, it performs all functions I needed it too and I love that I can link it to my inventory unlike other similar apps.

Been using this app for a while. Just contacted support for the first time and they were outstanding. Helped me copy configurations to a new site. Saved me hours of work and had it done within 24 hours. Great app and support!!!

Incredible customer service. I use this app for different use cases within our site and I was totally stumped on how to do something I really wanted to see happen. The team stepped in and took care of me. If paying for this app turns you off, don't let that be the case. Quality is worth a nominal fee!

This app has been working the best for me so far. I was previously using the Hulkapps infinite options but this one works much nicer for my store and the customer support was better too. The way I can present the options on my store really have the customer make use of them quite a lot. I just wish so much that this one would add translations to the functionality! To have a store in multiple languages but then the options in just one really doesn't look that nice. But no other apps that offer these options support this right now

Product works great, and is very flexible. Also the product support is top notch. Couple times I've gotten my questions answered within minutes, and even had some "small" custom work done on the fly. Great app that is supported by a great team!

I loaded this app to help my client to tell me wich allergies they got with a text box. I am satisfied with this option but it will be relly nice to be able to display it on my collection page where they can click on ''add to cart''

This app has been a game changer for our store. We needed to be able to add multiple options for a new product line and Infinite Options really fits the bill. The app itself is pretty user friendly, and when I hit a couple of stumbling blocks with particular formatting, their support team were extremely quick to help and sorted out this issues to my great satisfaction. I tried 3 other apps prior to finding Infinite Options - none of which worked for our store, and the customer service was difficult to navigate. Not so here. I'm so happy with the results on our new product range that I am considering using the multiple options now available to us on other products as well.

I'm using Infinite Options to upsell a custom option for our product line. The integration was super straightforward and easy. The instructional videos and help section are incredibly helpful. I had one issue handling CSS styling with my theme and their customer support specialist, Romar, responded immediately with a fix. Highly recommend this!

I kind of feel like this app is hampered by some limitations that are placed on it by Shopify, and as a result, it was not for me, but the team was helpful. Using the option that automatically added a second item to the cart made my orders and shipstation invoices messy, which increased packing errors and confused customers (customers can add a kind of product option that adds a second item to the cart, but they can remove the second item from the cart and the primary product still shows the product option). Hard to explain, but you'll recognize it when you see it. They made some changes to my cart to clean up what customers were seeing, but I advise you not to have anyone modify any of your themes without backing up first. I had so many apps modifying my themes, that I ultimately just started over with a new theme. Is this app to blame? Partly. But mostly it's Shopify's own limitations.

Infinite Options has been a VERY EFFECTIVE app to have operating on our Shopify store! SIMPLE and RAPID insertion of various options with any product.
