We've been using this app since the beginning of https://www.ChairsThatGive.com/, and it does a great job. It doesn't have all the features as Bold has, but it has been improving. The only thing that used to be missing for me were swatch images of the options/upsells next to the text, and immediate price changes on the product page when people add upsells to their product selection. But they have since added this functionality to the app. The option to make the options a hidden product has also been added, through a work-around. Anytime I had issues with the app (which was only once or twice) and reached out for help I got a reply very fast. The support for my paid theme that costs hunreds of dollars is worse, much worse. Five stars first and foremost because of customer service. Wow! I installed the app (which seems to be the most downloaded app on Shopify for product options) and didn't bother to read all the instructions. Ran into some technical problems and had no idea what to do. A quick live-chat with Matt at Infinite Options resulted in him fixing the issue himself within 2 minutes. Now it looks perfect!

This app was helpful in working around the shopify 100 variants limit. The customer support was very helpful with our specific needs and always fast to reply. With a couple more features, this would be the "perfect" app, well worth the cost.

I used this app for our e-commerce site and it's a great tool for adding custom fields! In addition their customer service is amazing! I reached out over chat and they were able to solve my problem within 10 minutes. WOW!

I love the customer support for this app, the agents were very helpful and talked me through testing as well as setting up. That alone is the best reason to choose this app! This app has been very helpful in creating options for products. The reason for my 4 stars is I'd like to see more customization options tot be competitive with other apps.

This app is pretty easy to use. I've used several different apps for product options, and Infinite Options is by far the best in terms of speed and user interface. The cost is reasonable too, and the customer support is great. I've sent in several queries and all were replied within 24 hours. Great app! Keep up the good work, team!

This app has enabled us to allow customers to personalize many of our handcrafted products. We also use the app to enable customers to include a gift note with their purchase. Support has been extremely fast and effective, customizing the formatting to fit our theme.

I switched from another app - where I ran into some problems that bothered me - to this, and and I do not regret it at all. Works a lot better, fits into my theme seamlessly. I installed myself, but I ran into two small problems with the layout and the support helped me immediately, effectively and free of charge. Initially I was not very keen to dish out the monthly fee, but boy, it worths every penny.
