Excellent support. Answered my email in a few hours and fixed a small glitch within another hour. Only started using the app this week, but is going to work really nice for my personalized engraving business.

I absolutely love this app, it is amazing!! Allows me to add all sorts of personalisation details to the products, adding fields and bundles to create infinite options. Jordin at the help desk is so so helpful, able to solve all my problems no matter how complicated. Would highly recommend both the app and support Thanks so much!

Great app, give my site a lot of great options that I cannot get with the standard options. Install was easy and the developer was quick to help make a small fix to get it working. They latter responded quickly to a small bug fix for my site. Fix was done in just hours. Thanks for a fantastic app guys!!

I used this app to add extra options to my products. Shopify only allowed me to add options such as 2 pack, 3 pack, 5 pack. But then I needed to add colour options, as the customer can select up to 5 different colours. Infinite options was perfect for this, and as my themes code was different to what was in the set-up guide, the expert help set it all up for me for $20. so easy!

I have just had Jordin from the support team complete for me in an hour what I have spent over a week looking for a way to do. If the customer service is this good all the time buy shares in this company. Top Notch!

Makes admin side and customer experience much easier for a business heavy on customization, and very quick turnaround on backend inquiries, etc! 100% would recommend.

Infinite Options is absolutely perfect for us - we wanted our customers to be able to add a personalisation service with additional cost but the last app we used didn't offer conditional logic which is essential when you don't want customers to miss where to leave their personalisation message. With Infinite Options, we can have the message box only pop up when the service is selected and then require the customer to add a message before they can add to their cart. It looks great, has integrated seamlessly and works without a hitch. We had a slight hiccup when we switched themes and I couldn't quite work out how to get the app to work properly with our new theme but they sorted it out for us super fast and got everything up and running in no time. Can't recommend this app highly enough!

After having difficulties with a different app, I added Infinite Options. Had a few queries but spoke to Jordin on the live chat and everything was quickly and smoothly resolved. Would definitely recommend

Amazing !!! Coding is super foreign to me so having the option to have them install the code was amazing. Their customer service is awesome and really quick... not to mention this app is a must for my business

Easy to setup and looks great on the website as well. Support team was fantastic and super quick in helping us with minor css changes.

We have been using this app for a while now, and it is an invaluable tool for our personalised gift shop! With Infinite Options, customers are able to easily leave details of the personalised text they would like and they can even leave additional notes. I had a query about re-formatting the style of the options to fit my product page, and Mandy contacted me straight away to help, and even fixed some other issues I hadn't even mentioned for me! The service is amazing - very helpful and friendly! Thank you to Mandy and the team - love this app, highly recommended!

I use this app to customize options for letter patches for specific products. Jordin was very helpful and answered all of my initial questions, as well as gave me more options I can use to create a better website!

This app has been instrumental in helping us let our customers customize what products they'd like in our candle sets. Matt, from the support team, was so helpful within seconds of me reaching out via the help chat. He customized the font of our option set so it looks seamless. So happy!!!

Very useful and effective app even for the free version. Needed a bit of help with the formatting which I couldn't figure out myself - excellent and speedy support provided by the team which solved my problem with a breeze. I'll highly recommend this to everyone.
