I have used this app for several years to give my Shopify store additional product options. My theme has limits to the number of options and Infinite options allows me to add additional ones to the products. Easy to setup. Customer support is always there and available for help installing or for general help questions. I highly recommend this app.

I offer a lot of made-to-order customizable products, so needed this app for many specific features. It works beautifully and the support team helped me get it integrated with my theme! I use it for everything - color swatches that don't affect inventory, required text box entry, conditional drop-downs, a beautiful date-picker for scheduling consultations, and even a product bundling feature that I use to keep track of a product with two different inventory-tracked components. Everything is highly customizable with VERY clear tutorials on implementing your own code into their CSS box. Definitely check out their FAQ section and tutorials to see just how many things you can customize. I'm so impressed.

I was having trouble with the conditional logic part and kept trying to figure it out on my own. The instructional videos seemed to be simple enough, but something just wouldn't work. So if you are like me (I can figure this out on my own) just let the experts do it. I reached out for help and Mandy helped me out in quick order and got it all working. Thanks so much!!!

The App has all the variations we need, a fair price, and Mandy from Customer Service has been hugely helpful in helping setting it up to our customized theme! All we had to do is install and shoot her an email when we got stuck! A great experience!!!

I installed the app, really easy to understand set up process for the products. Had a small issue with the spacing between some of the fields and my "add to cart" button, Mandy had it sorted in a couple of hours. Awesome service.

We found the Infinite Options App very easy to install. We were up and running with all our information loaded and full functionality within an hour. It's doing exactly what we wanted. This is seriously the best app ever! It has help me in all the ways possible and their support team is also great!!!!! I us it so my costumer can personalize their product (in this case it is pajamas) and write notes in each on (ex. can you do it in pink color please) and to add ons to each order so i can "super size" each product and sell even more!!!! DONT DOUBT EVER on getting this APP!!

I'd give this app 5 stars if it weren't for one hiccup we have...It doesn't connect the option's conditional logic to the product's variants. For example I'd like for my frame colors option to be hidden if the customer chooses unframed art (framed or unframed is a product variant). This obviously confuses some customers. But otherwise this app has given us some functionality we really needed that shopify doesn't normally offer.
