This is a great app for extremely reasonable price. We are using this app to allow our customers to customize their products on our eCommerce channel (powered by Shopify), and its working really well for us. Excellent Customer Service.

This app is great for adding custom fields to my products, I love the options! Customer service is also great any time i have questions they are very helpful.

I had some trouble with positioning my drop down menu options as well as some issues with weird data showing up on the cart screen. I send a chat message to get some help and I had everything resolved within 10 minutes, and most of that was because I am slow at finding the right places to put code!

Very happy with this app! We had an issue where two variants were taking from the same inventory SKU, so we used this to allow the customer to purchase an "add-on" to the product, rather than having the need for a 2nd variant. This was a great solution to our problem. Also, the support received by Mandy, Ahn and Alan was great. They set up the app for a very reasonable fee ($20) to suit our theme, and also made a few additional changes as requested.

This app has allowed me to add text boxes on products in my store seamlessly, Matt walked me through step by step and didn't hang up until my products were the way I wanted them. I will be getting this app after the free trial is up! Thanks Matt!!!

The customer service is amazing. Although their instructions are not very clear and they don't provide you a lot of format option on the website, they'll help you fix your questions and concerns. Just let them know! They're here to help!

Hello. I have already installed the app, but I did not understand how to configure it or to bundle my products on store. Can you help me?

I used this app as I had a numerous options required for some products. It was easy to install and the support was quick and easy. It functions well and does exactly what I needed. Mandy and the support team were great to deal with. Highly recommend

• DO NOT INSTALL • I spent 2 days writing all the complicated conditions for this app. Shouldn't have bothered. What they don't tell you before you do all this work is this; When a user selects the amount of your product he wants, let's say 4, then he selects an option specified in this apps conditions, it automatically adds 4 of those also. So if a user buys 4 of the main product he has to buy 4 of whatever add on he selects through this app. AND THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT!!!! So, I contacted support and wait for this....this is their response.... "I understand that this is a frustrating situation, especially after working on these options for so long, but there's not much we can do in this immediate moment or even communicate this specific issue to users. As mentioned, I'll be sure to let our team know about this and see if we can get it added for a future update." Hang on, did I just hear that right? "...there's not much we can do in this immediate moment or even communicate this specific issue to users." So, the app is broken and they claim there is no way to tell users that it is broken before they install and spend days configuring it! So, I told the support person I would screenshot that response and use it in this review. Here was his response; "I don't think you can add screenshots to reviews' So a broken app and a flippant support team. DONT INSTALL

I used this app to add extra options to the products on my online store. Completely surpassed my exceptions. Have been in touch with support for design reasons and technical support. Both times there has been a fast response and simple solution. Really impressive.

Great app for custom products Anh really helped me with complicated coding and saved me a headache. Easy to use app when creating custom variants for different products. The price is very reasonable compared to other apps that do the same thing! recommend 10/10
