I accidentally connected the wrong PayPal account for DSers to send tracking numbers to and was worried it would cause a lot of issues for my business. Thankfully, Krystal from customer service came to the rescue! She was extremely helpful and patient, walking me through the process step by step to delete the incorrect PayPal account and replace it with the right one. Krystal's professionalism and quick problem-solving made the whole experience stress-free. I couldn’t be more grateful for her assistance!

Lena was amazing to work with. She answered my message in chat within seconds. My supplier had discontinued the item and she not only helped me find a new suppier, she walked me through the process of cancelling my orders and resubmitting. Best service I've ever gotten from a dropshipping service!
