Amazing customer service today with Rita! She helped me troubleshoot a technical problem I was having with getting a product out promptly for a customer and made the process seamless. She went above and beyond and is a rock star in my mind. These little things make a huge difference in daily operations of running an online business.

The customer service representative, Holly, who helped me with a few minor issues was extremely fast, reliable, and communicative. We resolved the issues in very little time. The app has glitches at times but overall works well & the issues could be due to our poor internet. Overall, we love working with this dropshipping group and hope to do a lot more business with them.
