I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the platform, and customer service as well, Jenny is quick and pro! I would only want DSers to introduce a custom packaging hub, to add our private label. The rest is really great!

I was stuck with an incorrect domain name that I couldn't remove from DSers and Sally was really quick to act and help with my problem ! Very efficient.

I really like the great experience that I just had, a customer made an order but the order wasnt showing in Dsers when I chat with one of the agent she guided to the end to finally complete the client order I am so happy she release my stress
