I am very new to dropshipping. I got my first order and the product wasn't mapped properly through the sourcer for fulfillment to the customer. Lucia walked me through the process. She was very patient in explaining it. She shared screenshots of how to correctly handle the problem. She continued to follow up to make sure I was able to correct my problem. She is very helpful and professional!

Very good service from Chrissy we tried lots of things but were unable to solve issue and had to deal directly with Ali and not Dsers but not agent's fault thank you Chrissy
