I got my first order today for my store agothicuniverse.com & I could not figure out how to upgrade the shipping. I was freaking out but I went to the DSers Chat & Sylvia helped me! She was fast & was able to fix my problem so I could fulfill my order! I'm so happy now! I can't thank Sylvia enough. I first tried going through Ali Express chat but they just told me to cancel the order & didn't know how to fix the shipping but Sylvia sure did!! A++++++++++++++++++++ Kindest Regards, Luna

Excellent platform to scale a business from a few products to a collection of them. Great social team capable of fixing issues great and small. Blanca gave me a cheaper solution to a big issue and left me satisfied. Customer Support: A standout feature has to be their customer service. They are very helpful. I highly recommend it. This is a great app. for beginners. I tried the service and it worked great. However, I did not need them as it does not supply the service that I was looking for. This application was uninstalled from my shopify and yet, they still continued in trying to get a payment from me. This service was uninstalled long before the trial period was over. I do not find this to be a good or trustworthy company as of late.

For the past month this dreadful app has been besieged with issues. Ever since their system update, seemingly. Tracking isn't being sent to my customers (with no way to do this manually), a new layout which means orders can easily be missed (ie hiding the 'unmapped' orders in a new section), and constantly booting me out and telling me my store isnt recognised (after 3 years of using the app daily). Totally unacceptable. No offer of any refund for all of the inconvenience. Shopify needs to find a new app for dropshippers urgently. The only decent thing is the prompt customer service, hence why I've given it a star.
