I ran into so many issues when setting up my first product with AliExrpess on DSers. I spent hours trying to figure out how to fix it on YouTube and Google, until I contacted the support in DSers. Vivian was so helpful! She helped me solve all the issues so patiently and waited until I helped my client fulfill the first transaction! It really saved my day! Best service I've ever had! 5 stars!

The app sometimes is failling as well as is not as expected, About the cht service and the operators almost allways are able to fix the issues incurred but heyare a 10 / 10 note

I love and would recommend Isak for anyone needing help with Dsers and implementing Aliexpress to your website. Especially for submitting and paying for your first order. I'm brand new to online business and he was tremendous help. Also he responded to my questions with kindness and patience. He even offered to help me with any more questions I had and walked me step by step through the whole process. Thanks again Isak for yourhelp. I was getting frustrated on my own. Now my first customer will get her product
