Bruna was beyond helpful and patient. I was in a serious pickle with my shipping issues and order fulfillment (my fault), and Bruna saved me. I cannot say enough about how great the service is here. I will likely return because I am learning and I am bound to make more mistakes. Forever grateful.

I've heard a lot of complaints about this app, but I have not experienced not even one of them. This app makes it loads easier fulfilling orders through ali, and has saved loads of time transferring products up onto our store. Their live support is almost always online as well and extremely helpful.

I was having an issue with my Dsers and I was helped by Selena. I have to say she is one of the most patient, understanding representatives I ever had. She assisted me, she provided step by step guidance and also showed pictures of every step and explained it to me completely thorough. she gave continuous clarity and help through the nearly 2.5 hour chat we had(yes, I'm not the best at software and apps) and she had the patience and constant reassurance and helping me trouble shoot my inquiry. Selena my hats off to you for being an absolute star in assisting people/businesses. There should be more people like you. Thank You very Much!

I had a problem witj one order and I did not know how to fix, I realised that there is a messenger chat which I pressed just to try and suddenly I had the sweetest and more efficient support I have ever had, her name is LUCY. She nicely asked me few questions to understand my problem and took me step by step by illustrating it with screenshots and red lines where I should go. She checked by herself on the system as well very quickly and all of this with a positive attitude!! I wish all apps had such a great support!!
