DSers-AliExpress Dropshipping has been a great go-to app for me. Not only is their app VERY useful, their Customer Service is EXCELLENT! They may even be able to help you migrate your products from one store to another, if necessary. I only have great things to say about DSers! Isak was very helpful - 5stars!

I had the pleasure of seeking help from Raphael on 8/4/23. He was absolutely efficient. Very professional, patient and solution-oriented. I was nervous about a customer order because DSers couldn't process it, and I thought it was me. It ended up being the customer not entering their information correctly. My first time using the app, I had to rollback the fulfillment. The app wasn't doing it after two tried. Customer service fixed it immediately. Thanks Jully! The app works pretty smoothly. i really like the options to optimize and find other sources for the product. The orders sync well too. Would recommend.

I was having the hardest time getting my order to process, I was pulling my hair out. I contacted DSERs and talked to Jully. Oh my! What a huge help this person was! They told me the problem, searched for a new supplier, found one and added the new supplier to my order. So grateful. Very patient as I am somewhat new to this and I couldnt have done it with Jully.
