I was having an issue with my shipment and I reached out to live chat and the customer service experience was very friendly and was happy to help. My live chat was with Lucy and she was nice and patient. My issue was solved and my order was shipped. Thanks so much Lucy!

Lord have mercy I was feeling defeated this evening but luckily I was connected with someone who was patient, knowledgeable and sincere. I was able to figure out what was happening with my store and i'm extremely grateful for the level of customer that i received. I had contacted someone else earlier and they could not help me at all but this person figured it out and i just wish them nothing but goodness.
