I was having an issue with my Dsers and I was helped by Selena. I have to say she is one of the most patient, understanding representatives I ever had. She assisted me, she provided step by step guidance and also showed pictures of every step and explained it to me completely thorough. she gave continuous clarity and help through the nearly 2.5 hour chat we had(yes, I'm not the best at software and apps) and she had the patience and constant reassurance and helping me trouble shoot my inquiry. Selena my hats off to you for being an absolute star in assisting people/businesses. There should be more people like you. Thank You very Much!

DSers-AliExpress Dropshipping has been a great go-to app for me. Not only is their app VERY useful, their Customer Service is EXCELLENT! I had the pleasure of seeking help from Raphael on 8/4/23. He was absolutely efficient. Very professional, patient and solution-oriented. I was nervous about a customer order because DSers couldn't process it, and I thought it was me. It ended up being the customer not entering their information correctly. My first time using the app, I had to rollback the fulfillment. The app wasn't doing it after two tried. Customer service fixed it immediately. Thanks Jully! The app works pretty smoothly. i really like the options to optimize and find other sources for the product. The orders sync well too. Would recommend.
