I'm from Brazil and I do dropshipping, I always use Dsers and I recommend it to everyone! It's a great app and very complete. Today I had a small problem with my processes and I called them on Facebook Messenger, the attendant Tony answered me immediately and answered my problem in 2 minutes. Thank you very much! I recommend the App to everyone!

I was having the hardest time getting my order to process, I was pulling my hair out. I contacted DSERs and talked to Jully. Oh my! What a huge help this person was! They told me the problem, searched for a new supplier, found one and added the new supplier to my order. So grateful. Very patient as I am somewhat new to this and I couldnt have done it with Jully. Thank you so much. My order is now completed thanks to you!

I was helped this evening by *bruna* and she was wonderful. Super fast service. he included screen shots that showed me exactly what to do to fix my issue. Which was that I could not fulfill my order. he also sent me a clear list of instructions on how to place my future orders from shopify to dsers.
