I had an issue with a "test" order and Sandy from DSers was absolutely PHENOMENAL. She was very patient after she found out what I did wrong. She explained what I did, how to correct it and how to move forward. I really appreciate her help. Its very encouraging as a new business owner to know this level of support is available to me. Great customer service. Issue resolved completely and explained what was the issue. Most of the time we don't know how it was resolved so that we don't make that mistake again.. Very communicative.
