I was having a difficult time with multiple accounts on Dsers that were made in error. I sent an instant message to Dsers, and they contacted me back almost immediately. Not only was the response time fast, they walked me through the fix for the problem, and helped with the steps I didn't know how to do on my own. They were polite and kind the entire way through. The customer service is exceptional!

Excellent support and resolution. DSers support was outstanding, and Sandy in particular was extremely helpful. My account had incorrect information tied to it, which was blocking fulfillment for my Shopify store. Sandy took the time to understand the issue, corrected the account details, and made sure everything was properly aligned so fulfillment could move forward without issues. Clear communication, fast action, and competent support from start to finish. This is exactly how support should work. I appreciate the professionalism and follow through. Highly recommend DSers, and special thanks to Sandy for getting this resolved quickly and correctly.

Dsers is complicated and as much as I hate having to deal with texting to resolve issues I have received the best customer service under these circumstances....if they upgrade to phone assistance...they would be top knotch but until then...the experience was still very good...the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of live phone support
