The app is great for drop shipping, but I'd like to take a moment for their amazing 24/7 support staff. For example, I was assisted by "Chris" to help me with how shipping and orders work from Shopify to DSers to Ali-Express. This has helped a ton to kickstart me on my journey to e success. 4.9 stars. In addition, I would 99.99% recommend this to a friend or fellow Entrepreneur/online business owner.

soluciono mi problema en 3 minutos! gracias por la solucion sin duda 24/7 recomendado. Tenia un problema de conexion con el proveedor de ali no me aparecia los packs pero al contactarme con soporte de dsers lo solucionaron y ya puedo hacer pedidos con packs

This app at first didnt fullfill any orders and I was really frustrated. I even payed for an order and it showed up as awaiting payment. I was frustrated for what felt like an hour. I found their customer support and they replied instantly and told me how to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes. These guys are amazing.
