I needed help since switching from oberlo to dsers my first order came in since the switch and I panicked because it was not letting me fulfill my order. Then I saw a chat button and right away I was helped. Myra helped my and assisted internal and guided me on my stand point aswell which kept me at ease. thank you

I'm joining over 8000 of users of DSers App with a 5 Star, I wish they had 10, 20, or 100 Stars. I think a lot of Dropshippoers will agree that DSers Support is unmatched. Mia, Echo and others at DSers have been outstanding. I think, since Oberlo announced closure by June, I panicked. I have tried multiple highly recommended Oberlo alternatives, and not one even remotely comes close to replacing Oberlo. Dsers does, and so many times more. Specifics: Orders fulfillment, variety of Shipping options, very advanced, yet simple Price Rules, AliExpress intergration, product Mapping, multiple currency coverage and conversion, etc.. The above look simple and obvious, but since Oberlo closed down, I have struggled to get an App that can do just basics. I know Dsers is still expanding, so I won't be hard on them. Some may say they would prefer that Dsers also integrates with other Market Places like Alibaba, eBay, Amazon, etc. I think just concentrating on one platform sometimes is the key to perfection. Besides, AliExpress isn't limited in products and Suppliers. I won't mention the so-called top Dropshipping Apps out there, but they don't come close to Dsers. Especially, Dsers Support Team. Thanks once again to Dsers Team for fixing all my issues that other Apps failed to resolve in over 5 months now.

I am so thankful for the new Dsers and the helpful chat support it offers! I am liking the set up more than Oberlo. On support chat, Tiffany has been the most patient, friendly, and helpful support system through this transition of my store from Oberlo. For someone who knows nothing about all this, and feels like they are stumbling around in the dark with drop shipping and starting a store, Tiffany has been a shining light of guidance to me!
