I connected with the team and especially Luna very late. The Luna responded right way something I did not expect at that late night. Luna was able to work with me until I was able to use the app after failing to navigate the system. Am glad DSers has an amazing team with excellent customer services. Excellent support service, fast Dsers management interface, I find it better than Oberlo from my experience. Only one feedback I would give would be to implement a way to delete multiple pictures by checkbox instead to have to confirm many times on each single picture :)

I got myself stuck in setting this App up after switching from Oberlo. Veronica to the rescue!! She tried her best to help me fix the problem myself, but when I was unable to achieve it, she simply took the only step she could and logged right in to my account and fixed it for me!! You know you've made the right App choice when THIS is the kind of customer service you receive. Veronica rocks and DSers made the smart choice to maker her a part of their team!

Eu quero agradecer a Sr Emma, que me mesmo não resolvendo o meu problema no dia em que aconteceu (que agora já está resolvido, Amém), ela me deu o melhor atendimento que já recebi desde que começei a usar internet, teve muita paciência comigo, educada, me passou até confiança para eu passar meu e-mail para ela, para tentar resolver meu problema, ela teve tanta vontade de me ajudar, e tanta paciencia que entrou na minha própria conta, peço desculpas a emma por não ter respondido mais as mensagems, pois eu disse que meu problema tinha sido resolvido (eu realmente achei que tivesse sido resolvido) fiquei chateado com o meu problema da época, então sem graça simplesmente abandonei, e ela me perguntou se estava tudo bem, creio que por ter visto que eu não avaliei ela depois dela ter me pedido, pois eu ainda não conseguia acessar o App para fazer isso, então peço desculpas a você emma, e Obrigado!
