I am trying to adjust to using the DSers app since Oberlo is no longer an option. I needed help figuring out how to fulfill orders with DSers and asked Luna on messenger, she helped me and made the learning process very quick and easy! This app is better then Oberlo for fulfilling orders.

I contacted "DSers - AliExpress Dropshipping Partner" through Messenger because I had issues with the removal of unwanted products from DSers. The products that I wanted to remove from Shopify were removed but still were visible on DSers under "My Products". Luckily, Myra from the "DSers - AliExpress Dropshipping Partner" Support Team removed the 88 items for me with ease. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and support that Myra provided to me. Myra saved me some valuable time and energy.

I contacted Dsers regarding how to get a tracking number, when Wang investigated my order it was clear that i had clicked on the wrong icon, Wang sent me clear instructions and helped me to complete my order through Dsers to be able to pay AliExpress. Great clear help,. from Wang, thank you
