The app can be quirky (because it's web-based). However, I had some very specific question I couldn't figure out about the app, but I requested help over Messenger and within a couple minutes Cyril was able to help and answered every question, helping me solve my original question and even troubleshot my issues himself. Highly recommmend. IF you EVER have any issues, just contact them, they're highly receptive and helpful.
(Aurora) was fantastic at helping me get the information I needed on whether or not I could import products from 1688.com, Unfortunately I was not able to do this at the moment but they let me know there was a section that I could recommend sites to import from. A+++++ deserves a raise

Dsers ile bugün tanıştım ve aklımda cevapsız bir çok soru vardı. Lacey tüm bu sorularımı büyük bir sabır ile cevapladı ve aynı soruyu tekrar tekrar sormama rağmen eşsiz bir sabır gösterdi. Dsers'i bugün itibariyle kullanmaya başlayacağım henüz uygulama hakkında bir yorum yapamam ama Müşteri hizmetleri ve ve özellikle Lacey muhteşem bir performans gösterdi. Sadece bu müşteri hizmetleri yaklaşımı için bile uygulamayı kullanmaya değer. En azından bir sorununuz olduğunda ulaşabildiğiniz canlı bir destek var. Çok ünlü bir yazılıma onca para verdim ve 2 aydır sorunumu çözemediler. DSers hemen çözdü. Teşekkürler Lacey.
