So I had an issue with the account setup (between closing the old account and connecting a new one). I went to the support chat and was taken care of by Ryo without any delay. Although the case was a bit complicated, but he helped with everything, explained all the steps with screenshots and made my problem go away fairly quickly. Ryo had great understanding of the issue and was able to resolve my problem seamlessly. Great team towork with!!!
