I got support from DSiers person named Kimi, I was asking for help when prices in DSiers dropshiping online-store had changed, and also when providers sku products were out of stock and I got enough information to start working on it. I do really appreciate all the help I got. Edited. I had to give a lower point because there was not a clear understanding about what to do when a provider SKU was out of stock. I tried to do it an instead of finding a way I deleted a product from 'My Product' list. I end up deleting several products because not enough information was given to replace products out of stock. Many times, variants were in red and impossible to set them or to save.

I had some issues when an order was being placed between Dsers and Aliexpress. Dsers agent Holly help me get it sorted. It took her a while to figure out I have two Aliexpress accounts and the wrong one was set as the default. Holly was very patient with me and took me through how to fix it step by step. I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to dropshipping and how to get that set up. DSers messenger featured connected me with an agent who walked me through what to do to set up, mapped it for me, and how to connect accounts/applications. DSers messenger feature was patience and answered all my questions for several hours. Time well spent since it was clear as day when I got done.

Très bonne application et excellent support client. J’ai eu un problème après avoir déconnecté ma boutique Shopify, ce qui avait supprimé les données produits et le mapping avec les fournisseurs.
