Excellent customer service! I contacted Dsers for help via the live chat and I spoke to Luna. She was so helpful and patient. I am completely new to Dsers and asked a lot of questions. Each one of my questions was answered in detail and Luna took her time to even send me resources to help me set up everything for my first product throguh Dsers.

I want to give a huge thank you to Kimi from support. I was completely stuck because every single product in my store was showing as sold out, and I had no idea what I did wrong. I was honestly stressing out because I’m still new to all of this. Kimi came in and helped me step by step, explained everything in a way I could understand, and fixed the issue so fast. She was patient, kind, and actually cared about making sure everything worked for me. She didn’t rush me or make me feel dumb for not knowing something. She checked everything carefully, guided me through the settings, and made sure the products synced correctly again. I’m really impressed with how helpful she was. This is the best support experience I’ve had so far. If every agent was like Kimi, no one would ever feel lost using DSers. Thank you so much for the amazing service — you really saved my day!
