She was incredibly patient and thorough, answering my questions about order syncing and shipping times with great clarity. I encountered some issues with my order, which showed as unfulfilled on the Shopify store despite my payment being processed. Fortunately, I reached out to DSers and connected with Zoe. She promptly investigated my situation and confirmed that my order was indeed paid and simply awaiting shipment. Her communication was exceptional, and it was clear she is passionate about her work.
