I am highly impressed with the recent support provided by DSers. I reached out to the support team, specifically a representative named Keren, for assistance with product mapping and a refund inquiry. The customer service representative (CSR) was exceptionally quick to respond, demonstrated a clear understanding of the issues, and resolved everything with impressive efficiency. My issues are completely resolved, and the system is now working smoothly. The professionalism and helpful attitude I experienced were excellent.

I needed help remapping a new supplier to my existing store and product, Chloe was very patient and helpful walking me thru the steps and helping me understand the difference between "remapping and replacing". This is the best dropshipping service on the market. What would we do without Dsers.... Customer service is without doubt the best. They reply almost immediately on messenger and can quickly figure out the issue and will give you the options to solve your problems. I was communicating with Fiona and she was super clear and investigated my problem with ease. 5 stars!
