I had an issue integrating my store with Alibaba and spoke to Zico on Messenger. They were so prompt and quick and although the problem hasn't been resolved, they'll be releasing an update with the solution/patch and they'll follow up to help me get it resolved. Fantastic customer service and help. I'd highly recommend and am looking forward to working more closely with DSers.

“Excellent Support from DSers!” I had an issue where my product showed as sold out, even though inventory was available. The DSers team quickly helped me identify the problem—a variant mapping issue with AliExpress—and guided me step-by-step to fix it.
