BEWARE! Does not warrant a one star rating. Granted, customer support is polite when you text with them, but issues do NOT get resolved in a timely manner, even if they do get resolved. I have not had access to a purchase order in over two weeks. I keep getting told, "We're working on it." Seriously? What business can put things on hold for over two weeks? Today I was told that their customer support was restructured and NO PHONE SUPPORT is available. Not even to talk about billing issues. I made it clear that I did not authorize them to charge my credit card for the annual auto renewal, which is due, until this issue with the purchase order was resolved. Guess what? The $1,600+ charge hit my card today. They are quick on the draw with charging you, but lag in getting major issues resolved with their app. Stay far, far away. I am now looking for another inventory control app while figuring out how to get my money back that they confirmed would not be charged to my credit card. Shameful. I will also be addressing this directly with Shopify as they should not allow this app to be available through their app store. Update as of 12.08.2022: My inventory is a nightmare. Listings are not syncing across the channels. They request information, you furnish the information, and then they ask for more information. Seriously, it is never-ending.

They only got a 1 star because there is no option for a negative star rating. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR SETUP AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. If you still want to ignore the all caps warning, do not get any upgrades. You're likely to be double charged for the "one time charge." The app does not function. They are not able to resolve issues that would allow it to function. Every issue takes about a month to address. Forget about follow up. Getting a refund will be dragged out to the point where you can not file a dispute with your bank because of the charge dates. And, they will try to give you credit to apply towards using a system that does not work instead of a refund. Not really sure how they are still in the app store. 10/1/2021 after developer response: Customer service did not contact me. I contacted them after an extended period of no follow up to an open ticket. They passed me off to billing which took several exchanges, over a few days, to get a PARTIAL refund. They did not issue a full refund. Unless they plan on issuing a full refund for a service that never worked, my issue is not resolved. This includes being double billed for 1 additional module. You have my contact information since you were able to "discovery" where they contacted me before.

First, I must say that every person I dealt with was professional and seemed interested in solving problems. This at least gives hope that this app will improve. Bottom line up-front: you’re playing the lottery here. While the cost is good, the app could not be made to function as intended and as needed. Unfortunately, the core functionality that we need, mapping SKUs across different platforms to synch inventory, could not be made to work. When the system was not throwing server-side errors and terminating, the integration with Etsy (we started deployment with a low volume store to make sure it worked) could never be made to work. SKUs would not map without the listing ID (not the SKU) in Etsy, but when attempting to sync the inventory the system would not synch with listing ID or SKU. The documentation, while well presented, lacks detail. The bulk upload process to map SKUs literally says “create a template with two fields: SKU and Reference ID. Reference ID will be populated from your marketplace.” That’s it. Real-world, one would need to know what a reference ID is and where it comes from (which marketplace?), what marketplace SKU should be placed in the SKU field, etc. All iterations failed. Following the exact directions for manual mapping also failed. Support, while helpful, seems stretched thin. We mostly got one email exchange per day. Fixing the server-side errors the first time took over a week. Following the second instance of this we realized that, even if they fixed it again, the app just wasn’t stable enough. While the system offers promise and the UI is easy to navigate, it just doesn’t function as intended.

The features listed on their website are misleading and can not be provided as outlined. Customer service is nothing short of terrible when help is needed the most.

Ecomdash has ceased working and syncing with Shopify and blames Shopify. Shopify just directs you back to Ecomdash since they are not affiliated with them and ecomdash has zero answers. They just show you a changelog with a success message...It is up to Ecomdash to correct this and they can't. Use another solution before you are in too deep.

If you want to integrate Etsy and you use variations you will need to look elsewhere. Even though ecomdash says they work, they dont. DAYS with an open ticket and never got a resolution. This was a very technical issue but i could never get customer service out from between me and tech support. I know EXACTLY what the problem is after speaking to the development side of Etsy but ecomdash didnt seem to care. We put a ton of work into this conversion so we were really disappointed when this feature(that was advertised as working) didnt work. footnote: Its interesting that they reply to this review in just a couple of hours but an open support ticket takes days to get a reply........

after 3 months nothing with finish yet the software is extremely slow so many problems and errors most of them will need to open a ticket to be solved and the live chat and phone costumer service people lack training

UPDATED - - - DO NOT SIGNUP FOR THIS SERVICE! Ecomdash, in the earlier review was amazing, worked super good. Then they were bought by web.com and services, support and the basic operations they were know for have all been ignored, to include customers. It appears they have no interest in fixing any issues like the ability to NOT be able to submit a new listing to Walmart and much much more. There used to be the ability for a 15 min call for help, now lucky to get a response in 2 days, then it's nothing but the same boilerplate response from previous weeks replies to open tickets. Their servers have also become SUPER SLOW, with 2-3 minutes waits just to login. Again, unless they fix these issues, STAY AWAY! OLD REVIEW WHEN THEY WERE GOOD - - We have been using this for over a year and it's AWESOME! Able to track Shopify, Amazon, Esty and Ebay all from 1 interface and any issues are handled quickly. It is a little spendy but it has paid us in spades with other 5000 SKU lines it's a breeze. Starting another very small startup and looking at others ONLY because of the price but if you have high volume and lots of SKU's then this is for you. Oh, also people who say it runs slow either have a crap connection or are trying to load 200+ items when they work. Their servers are NOT slow.

The app is extremely slow - anytime you want to do anything be prepared to set aside plenty of time for screens to load, the majority of the time I spend in the app is waiting for things to load. Very confusing interface that needs to be revamped, looks like something from the 90s. Customer support doesn't do much besides create tickets, you don't get an answer on what happened. Even though it is an inexpensive app, you will be much happier spending a little more money elsewhere.

The app is extremely slow anytime you navigate to "orders" or "products" etc. it can take up to a minute each time to load. I have run into several instances where a particular setting all of a sudden was enabled/disabled, causing interruptions in my order flow. They are always "investigating" these bugs but you never get a real answer on what happened. This has happened multiple times and has cost me a lot of time and headache - I highly recommend you STAY AWAY from this app.

Bad customer service. They are not trained good or they don't want to help you really. Also, I didn't use the app. I was trying to integrate channels. Their app didn't support my locations and i had to uninstall. Still, couldn't get my money back. I sent email, no answer.

The concept of the platform looks good; however, it has been the most difficult experience. I have been trying to manage the channels we list on. 1. The delay is an issue; i.e going from listing active to listing drafts. a. this can take 5 to 15 seconds for each request. 2. Listing products has been an issue. The migration is not picking up the description for products you are trying to launch from the platform. 3. Customer service help is sending you to the knowledge base do it yourself links instead of fixing the issues. In short, as I told them, this is the reason why you have one of the lowest ratings in your category. The platform is confusing, slow, and too much going on. This is by far the worst multichannel platform to use. They gave me a two-month free trial to try them again. After three days, I am deleting this app.

“Free trial is just a bait, they start charging without giving any notice” I have started a free trial with them, which gave me 2 months of free usage, and it required my credit card to activate it. During the trial period, maybe I used them for a few times and then left the portal. After several months when I checked my credit card, I realized that they have charged me for the past 6-8 months. I immediately contacted them for a refund, they refused it saying that it is against their policy. I tried all the ways possible to get my right, even finally their CEO called me, however he also didn’t help me, saying that if he helps me, he would have to do the same for others who has the same issue as me. And I told him that even million dollar companies or banks inform their users before charging them, and if something happens by mistake, they can help for customer satisfaction. That was my experience with them, just to let others know it in advance before creating an ecomdash account.

I don't like this App. It wasn't what I expected in the App. I am not happy with it. I am not happy with the so called customer service if you want to call it that. I called support for help and was shoved off after 15 minutes. This is horrible! Especially when when there is no first-call-resolution. I was lost within the call with no resolution or answer. So, after seven days I am trashing this App and cancelling it! Not signing up for it. It looked good though. I would not recommend this App.

Looked promising but in the end they have a very limited number of API calls that they can tolerate that prevented us from being able to use it. Even though they give you a "free trial" they require a credit card. MAKE SURE TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY if this product is not for you. This is where their customer service breaks down tremendously. If you do not formally cancel your account before the trial is up they charge you. No problem, as soon as I saw the charge I contacted them to tell them (that they can see) we never used the account, just forgot to cancel and could they just make sure the account was cancelled and refund us. THEY REFUSED TO refund the charge. They said they had to keep the charge because of all the work that went into them pushing and pulling information. I explained many times over that they can plainly see that we did not upload or integrate with anything so we are paying for absolutely nothing. They then told me that they billed in arrears, then told me they were billing me for the month that they gave me a free trial, then told me that they were billing me for March. After all this run around I explained that I had not used their service at all and that I had no intention of using it as it did not work for us..they still refused to refund our credit card. STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS...Great at the start and then once they have your money they let you down, WAY down. We went with SellerActive...much more customer focused and wonderfully priced.

Update: 5 months later - basic functions they feature do not work like listing items to Ebay (queue pagination did not work), I'm STILL selling items that have 0 inventory in the feed files, etc. I had to sign up for Inkfrog & pay for BOTH these services b/c Ecom does not support what they feature as a sales point yet. 2 months later, still not updating NewEgg from Shopify correctly. Selling out of stock products the entire shopping season. Really hurts business credibility & finances. Stay FAR AWAY from this company. Also: you can import all of your listing data (supposedly) from Shopify..yet it does not import the vendor/brand fields. So you have to do an bunch of extra work to push listings to Jet or Sears, b/c there is no field mapping options. Just baffling.

Weeks into using this app and inventory still not syncing on any of my channels!!!!!! Paid the setup fee thinking it was something I did wrong. Contacted them more than once regarding this issue and it still doesn't work. What value is this app when I have to manually update 4 sales channels all day long?

The inventory numbers were all wrong, customer service not helpful, could never fix the problem, not willing to help, especially Staci. And they charged me $50 for 4 hours of use. I had to pay for a product that doesnt work..... Their price is low, but you get what you pay for , meaning a cheap product , cheap customer service. I'd rather pay much more and have a professional service and an app that actually works.
